If the Night King is killed there is no more need for the Night’s Watch.

Also at this point their job is pointless since the dead have made it beyond the wall.

Dumb question, but will I have to sit through commercials during GoT tonight? I’m so used to watching the DVD’s. I also have never had hbo before today so no clue if they typically have commercials.

First time I use crave tv so I’m really hoping it works! I can watch season 7 on it today so I think that’s a good sign. I’m guessing season 8 episode 1 will just show up on there at 9pm ET?

Well, all media stops for me tonight at 9:00 until I can get caught up. I have the finale of season 6 to watch, and then all of season 7. Hoping to watch episode 1 by Wednesday or Thursday 🤞🏻

I’m so nervous to watch new episodes again. Watching Battle of the Bastards last night was completely different than the first time. It was still very good, but so much easier to watch this time since I knew what would happen. I still don’t want to spoil anything for myself, but gah, I’m not ready for the nerves!

I was thinking about this when I was watching last night. At the beginning of the series they had no clue about the white walkers, Night King, or any of that. They had forgotten all the history and blew off most of the scary creatures as lore and children's stories. So were these dumb-dumbs really thinking it was that important to take a lifelong appointment to keeping out Wildlings? Did they think a massive wall was created to keep out people?

I feel the same way! Did you read the books? I feel like the chapters from her POV made her seem much more relatable, at least to me.

I felt so silly when I got through the first episode I watched live and realized there were no commercials. My neighbor laughed at me and said yea, that's why you have to pay for it!

I’m rewatching episodes because the kids are at a birthday party and I’m bored. In season one episode 2, Cersei tells Catelyn about losing a baby and I totally don’t remember that at all. So, where does that stand on the prophesy? Was it because it was (probably) Robert Baratheon’s son? I have forgotten so so many things. Like Ned telling Jon he would tell him about his mother the next time they see each other. But then...whoops.
