blabbermouth, I've become pretty lazy about my skin care since having E. It's not uncommon for me to not wash my face at all over the weekend. I do have some acne even at 40. But I also have eczema and tend to have flare-ups on my face. This stuff made my face feel amazing. But it's $$$$$$$$$$$$$$... LOL.

I've been eyeing it up for awhile because it comes in a mini with the marula oil thatgolfb, are you still enjoying your DE products? I definitely struggle with acne and crappy texture/tone because of that. I wear makeup every day, so I have to wash my face at night at least.

I use the C firma and protini moisturizer every morning, and the TLC every night, sometimes with the marula oil. And the babyfacial mask every once in a while when I have time.

C was coughing a lot last night and he even started crying at one point so I went in to cuddle him and check for a fever. He was okay and went back to sleep fine. Seems okay this morning. We have no plans for today. I feel a tiny bit human so will probably just try to catch up on the laundry and continue disinfecting everything. DH brought home a big bottle of spray Lysol the other day and was like “no offense” lol none taken!

Morning. Not much on the agenda today. Ds2 goes for an ear check in a bit. I'm dropping ds1 off at my mom's before hand so he doesn't pick anything up at the pediatrician. Hopefully we can bum around at my moms for a while after. After this week my H starts on day shift 🙌 he'll still work tons of weekends but at least I don't have to try to keep the kids quiet!

Oh hai!
I’m slowly catching up since I’ve been MIA all week. Working 4 12-hr days in a row may be my undoing.
Sorry for all the sickness of both babies and mommas. Wishing much Lysol upon you.
As for me, work is slowly improving. I only have 4 more shifts left on my extended orientation so we shall see what this week brings. I’ve been working on my resume and applying to different jobs just in case.
We had the meeting with DS’s teachers yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as I was thinking. They’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks that he’s very difficult to calm, and is using potty language at school (guilty) but other than that it was more of a strategy-based discussion. Things we do at home vs what is done at school and trying to align them. It’s March break next week and that might be a nice break for him, though I work Tuesday-Friday.
No huge plans this weekend. Catch up on cleaning and laundry, the usual.

Glad to hear some good news about your job and DS snuff9861! Nothing exciting over here. Had a nice dinner out last night with DH, DD and SIL and a trip to the mall for Sephora hehe. DD got to bed a bit late, slept ok, but was still up pretty early and cranky this morning, so it's a two nap day. I'm off to a child free baby shower brunch in a bit, yahoo! And the sun is shining so if it sticks around I'll take DD to the park later.

Howdy! I ran a hilly 4 mile race today and drank beer at the aid stations because I could and wanted to. Many a races I've turned down on course alcohol, but today it felt right to imbibe!
H and I went to see Captain Marvel too. It was pretty good. Now E and I are snuggled in my bed, C is asleep in the crib, and H is out for drinks with a friend.

Good morning! We survived the morning portion of DST but it’s the bedtime the usually gets affected by it. We’ll do the standard push back bedtime and slowly increase it earlier until they are better adjusted.
It’s going to snow today so we are just doing our usual Sunday chores and getting some small projects finished.

Morning! We had am ice storm roll through last night but the roads weren't too bad. For DST I'm just going to put them to bed at the same "time" per the clock and hope for the best lol.

Hello. C spiked a fever yesterday afternoon so I called and got him started on tamiflu right away. The doctor wanted to see us this morning and sure enough, C tested positive for influenza A. I tested negative but she thinks it’s because I’m on day 6 and the virus drops off after day 4. She is treating me for a secondary sinus infection though because I still feel terrible. So yeah! Miserable Sunday over here.

I have a confession: I got suckered into watching April The giraffe two years ago for over a month waiting for her to have her baby and I've been sucked back in this time around. Hopefully it will only be a few days of analyzing tail lifts 🤣 I signed up to get texts when it happens this time. H and I watched the crap out of it last time. 🤦♀️

But even though it's not expensive my H would give me major side eye. So I just keep bringing up the feed hoping I didn't miss it!

E woke up at what should’ve been her normal time (6:30), but of course, it was actually 7:30. Because of that, her morning nap that’s usually around 9 wasn’t until 10:15. She woke up at noon, then my dad came by later on, so she skipped an afternoon nap. She’s been miserable since about 5:00 and wouldn’t let me put her down while I cooked dinner, but I’m forcing her to stay up until her normal bed time at 7. T minus 31 minutes. Lol

Also, the HBO mini series about the Adnan Syed/Hae Min Lee story starts tonight. I probably won’t watch until tomorrow, but I’m so excited! I was all-in on Serial and then listened to that season of Undisclosed too. I can’t wait to watch.

Today felt like the longest day ever. I hate daylight savings time. Blaaaah. I also feel crummy because I'm about to get my period 👎 anyway, done complaining now.
