This is awkward (as AV likes to say).....
I planned on making that cauliflower skillet tonight and when I was meal planning/grocery list making, I failed to account for the ground beef that’s in it. I thought it was just cauliflower (meatless). I have some in the freezer but will not thaw in 1 hr lol.

Come, fly to snowy Seattle and let me cradle you in my bosom. I can't see what you posted here, but it better be live footage of you packing your bags.

He woke up an hour ago with a temp of 100.5 and was happy. Now it’s up to 102 again. All of a sudden he hates taking medicine and it’s going everywhere. Fml.

If I forget to pull something out I lean into mexican. Doesn't work for burgers or meatballs but crumbles. No prob. Flip it around often, scrape off whatever is thawed to get the frozen stuff in contact with the pan, and use the lid to keep the heat in. It'll be fine.

I just learned this not long ago when I had beef thawing but was still frozen in the middle.

I do this more often than I should probably admit.

So I have this weird lump on the back of my hand, just above my wrist. I can push it around with my finger. It's hard. It doesn't hurt. It does feel weird but I think the weird feeling is it moving against the tendon, not the lump itself.
I don't think its a ganglion cyst as I had one on the other wrist for YEARS and while it got bigger/smaller it didn't move around.

danib I don’t even have a guess for your wrist without googling. Sounds weird, especially since it’s not painful.

This is pretty much how I always cooked ground beef because I never ever remembered to take it out of the freezer. I'm a little better at it now. A little.

I've had tiny little movable bumps on my wrist and elbow (one on each, at different times) before. Pretty much what you described but pebble sized. IDK what they were, they eventually went away though.

Interesting, that's bigger than what I experienced. I'm curious to know what it is you have. I hope you're able to figure it out and that it continues to not be painful.

danib ganglion cysts are (thankfully) the most common soft tissue mass we see at work. The change of size and whether or not it moves is completely dependent on the size of the stalk that the sheath is connected to. If you hold your phone light up to it does it illuminate or look like a black lump?

Good to know about the movement though, Google was telling me no which was why I was confused.

It’ll show the same color of the rest of your hand when you press the light up against it because it’s fluid filled while a solid mass tends to darken. Google is a stinker. If you have arthritis in your wrists I would lean towards ganglion. One of those cool ways the body tries to help itself, but ends up only being a halfway thought out plan. ETA obviously I can’t see inside your hand so I’m just guessing from the knowledge of seeing them at work. And I’m hopeful because they’re, in the long run, no big deal.

I do have arthritis, and already had a ganglion on my other wrist. So it definitely makes sense. The movement was what threw me off, but since Google miseld me on that then it's likely the case. I'll still show my doctor in a few weeks when I go in, but yeah I'm guessing thats it now. Thanks.
