Hi just caught up from today!!! Work has been crazy!! Training done. I have a touch base with the new guy on Thursday to see how his week two with each person went and help with anything he has questions on.

I went back to work today and it's been crazy for me as well and with trying to catch up it was extra crazy.
Date night: Costco and quicky sex while watching Schitts Creek.

Well, if I knew all it would take to re-open the govt was to schedule an appointment for myself, I would have done it a long time ago. Looks like I get to go back to work for a few weeks, and even get some money (our missed paychecks!). Lol. MH is a former air traffic controller and has been telling people at work for weeks they would get things moving Eta. I'm glad everyone gets a minor reprieve and back pay. I honestly wasn't sure if he would authorize it because it's not his business practice |

Just got home from my sisters. We had plans to go there for dinner but they had quite The week so we ended up with quite a bit of wine also. Last Thursday, my eight-year-old niece had to get her eyebrow glued shut after getting shoved at school. Then, on Sunday my nine-year-old nephew got pushed into the boards at hockey and ended up with a minor concussion. And then today, her four-year-old fell out of her car in the parking lot and broke his arm. That’s 3/4 kids in urgent care in 8 days. Seriously, what a week!
I joked that I was going to take her two-year-old home with us since she’s the only one who hasn’t been hurt this week, she needs some extra protection from her auntie. Lol.
