H took a nearly 4 hour nap. I slept for a couple of hours too! N did not sleep and watch movies with Dh. She will be going to bed early.
I’m ready to get back into a routine. But it’ll be nice to ease back into starting on a Wednesday!

So thankful school starts back tomorrow. B is currently cooling his jets in his room until dinner time. I cannot wait to cut that tuition check in the morning. You and me both |

Chase has had the grossest smelling burps all day so I have zero faith that we're getting through the night without another incident. He's been coughing a lot so I salined him midday and gave him Benadryl and Zarabees before bed, plus we skipped milk at meals and he didn't get his Laughing Cow at lunch. Not sure that'll do anything for at least a couple days but I felt like we had to try SOMETHING.
Also I packed 3 extra pairs of pants for him tomorrow (in addition to the 2 pairs in his cubby) and about half a dozen pairs of underwear. He's been doing too well at home not to jump on it. Not that I (clearly) don't anticipate a bumpy few days...
Oooh oooh and Colin decided to ditch the pull-up tonight. He hasn't peed overnight in ages but we haven't been pushing it. He seemed itchy tonight so I reminded him that he didn't have to wear a pull-up to bed, not expecting him to run off and change - though not before reminding me that he never pees at night anymore. He's so cute.

Hi! We’ve been busy traversing IL, MO, and AR during my furlough time. But “no spend January” is kicking into high gear since there’s no telling when we will get paid again.
I got a Crockpot Express Cooker (Crockpot’s version of the Instant Pot) for Christmas and I LOVE it!! Just 2 meals in it so far but both were quick, easy, and clean up was a breeze. I am definitely going to embrace this!
I took down Christmas today and have been trying to clean up and organize the house. S goes back to school Thursday so that’s when I can really get shit done.

Also, we finally got some fish in Sierra’s fish tank and she is just in love. I so glad we decided to do that for Christmas for her. Happy girl has spent lots of time right there...   |

lfig so cute! How is her hand doing? Is the brace helping? I don’t notice any difference yet. I thought it was at first...but I think it was wishful thinking. They are trying to get her scheduled for a nerve conduction study for next week (we will already be there for sleep study #2). So hopefully that can happen and give us some more info. |

Last night M was adorable. One of our friends had her baby at 28 weeks last year so he’s been behind big milestones. He was obsessed with M though so she kept playing with him. He walked to her for the first time! No one could believe it. He wouldn’t walk to anyone else but her. When he’d topple over she’d pick him up and then scoot back and hold out her arms again. Too cute. That is so cute! M is the sweetest |

Thanks for the bday wishes for my boys! We had a really nice time hosting both sides of the family for brunch. There were 16 kids between ours and their cousins and they all played happily together for hours. The adults had a chance to relax and catch up and everything came together so easily. My favorite kind of day ❤️
