jubilantsquirrel There may be a show we'd enjoy. I'll check what's coming here soon. We disagree on music to some extent, but perhaps someone we both like will be nearby this year. Good suggestion! tgrimes ooh a nice dinner out could be good. There are some fancy af places I have been wanting to try. elle I paint so I have made all of our decor. I do like the idea of investing in some nice frames and getting really nice prints of recent photos of the girls to put up.

I wish they did gift cards for TSA pre check. I would gift that to anyone even thinking about taking a plane somewhere in the next five years. A Beachbody On Demand subscription would be wonderful for those on your list that are into fitness. There’s a program for everyone and it’s the best being able to pull it up on an iPad or smart TV. Gift cards to opentable as suggested by tgrimes. One of my favorite things to do in this stage of life is enjoying an amazing meal and open table makes it so much easier and takes the stress out of the choosing the place for you. A great bottle of scotch and glasses/accessories to go with it Cold weather bundle...new gloves, hat, scarf, socks. Powerbank charger, we’ve used ours way more than we thought we would. WiFi digital frame (nixplay has worked well for us) Any of the Alexa devices, we gave a lot of these out over the last year and they’ve been extremely well received This sounds dumb...but two years ago we were gifted really high quality steak knives. Probably one of the best gifts we’ve ever gotten. We use them multiple times a week and their fantastic. My favorites are always the things that can get used over and over. Squatty potty and poopouri if you want to give some laughs...I’m looking at the hard to buy for men. (H loves his...)

I will +1 what sophiegrace said about useful gifts being some of the best. The thing is, it's easy to not replace/upgrade or think to ask for every day items. But my gosh when you replace your old shit with something even a little better that you'll use all the time...it's so nice.

Yessss There’s always something to spend money on so I never ever want to spend extra on stuff around the house that could use being replaced because it’s still working ok enough. Getting something like that as a free gift would be amazing.

I was shocked at what she was using. The blades were not just dull but almost rounded at the edges. The set sat on her fridge unopened for a long time but she eventually started using them. Now I have no idea if they were one of the items that got saved from the house or if she got new stuff.

I've had a knife set on my wish list for the last 3 years. That's 3 Christmases and 3 birthdays and no one every buys it for me. I guess I'll have to buy it myself one of these days.

I just wish he would use them more. He claims to love to cook but he's not been making much effort lately. This kitchen is pretty mich HIS dream kitchen lol
