My neck is..wrinkly. The scale says I've lost a few pounds and it appears they all came off of my neck because now the wrinkles have intensified.
Is there anything I can do about this? I've seriously considered (ok, attempted) pulling the excess skin to the back of my neck and holding it in place with a binder clip.
Magic lotions or creams? Just wear turtlenecks from now on?

Short of surgery to tighten it, I'm not really sure. Maybe you could find a reputable firming cream to try out.

I think surgery would be the only permanent solution, but perhaps putting some type of product on your neck with hyaluronic acid, collagen, or other hydrating/firming ingredients could help to temporarily diminish fine lines and firm things up a bit? A big trend here in Asia right now are "neck sheet masks." I personally think a neck sheet mask would only give you results for a short period of time (maybe 12-24 hours), so not sure it would have any lasting impact. Could be useful before a special event or something though. Here's a blog post about the Dr. Jart ones, which are pretty popular where I live. Other than that, I'd say trying to hydrate and moisturize would be your best non-surgical options. www.prettygossip.com/2015/08/31/dr-jart-korean-neck-gel-mask/
