Waiting inside while MH installs the car seats in the new car!
Thanksgiving was nice but exhausting. Usually we have a house full of guests for the rest of the weekend but everyone left last night. So it feels weird. Plus we have enough leftovers for a while other thanksgiving. Despite sending everyone home w leftovers

Hope you guys have a great party mwhip! Oh yuck tgrimes... sorry H was sick for the holiday! I hope the puke stays away! Very cute name mskatiep .... I love passing down family names. Wow wineallthetime that sounds amazing!! Maybe I need some wine... I’ve been cleaning the house. Lol I took the kids to the matinee of the Grinch today. It was cute. It’s beautiful outside today... my two big kids are playing at some neighbors houses and I’m outside with Letty. I am trying to stay away from shopping but Tom’s has 30% off so I bought some for the kids 😬 Now I’m trying to talk MH into getting me a Roomba  |

I took M to see Ralph Breaks the Internet. It was really cute. H is napping and when he wakes up I think the whole family will go on an adventure for shopkicks.
We’ll be by my in laws’ house so I volunteered to buy us all pizza for dinner. That is, if H is feeling better.

Hi loves! Add me to the list of people who drank too much yesterday! I feel fine, but I apparently cant hang like I used to able to, and after drinking all day I was out at 9! Our elf also showed up last night and brought everyone super cute Christmas pajamas! I did most of our Christmas decorating this morning and am now sitting on the couch with an eggnog and run and watching Christmas princess switch!

Chase had 2 accidents after lunch, which we're probably my fault for trying to extend him too long between potty tries. Honestly it's gone better than I expected. He passed out quickly once I gave him a pull-up and pants and now I'm trying to relax and DH and Colin are watching the Rangers game downstairs.
I have another 2 days I need to schedule off before the end of the year or I lose them. I already have a ton of time off at the end of December, so I need to schedule time after I get back from this upcoming trip. I need to do some shopping, baking and just not working.

Me me me! I'm one of the crazy black Friday shoppers. My mom, brother, BIL, and I hit Target last night. Today we went to BiMart and Fred Meyers. Now we're letting the kids run off their energy at the mall play area.
They're debating on The Grinch or Wrdck it Ralph this afternoon. I want to see if I can get them to hold off until tomorrow so I can put my feet up and knit while rewatching The Christmas Prince so I'll be ready for the sequel.

Hi! I got out around 8am to do a little shopping. I got myself a purse and earrings at Dillard’s and went to target for the $4 tees. I went to inquire about the GC with a phone, but they were all out of the 8 plus, so no new phone for me. My 6plus is getting so slow that I need a new phone but I want a deal. It’s all about the deal. I really wanted to go car shopping today, but there is potential for big changes in the next couple of months for us and I don’t think it would be smart to make that big of a purchase when we are unsure of the immediate future. Adulting... le sigh. 😒 Keep an eye out around Christmas for and of year sales. They are usually best. Just trying to give you hope for a good deal a little down the road  |

I used to do all day Black Friday shopping with my mom and sisters but once we all had kids, it stopped. Last year I was super pregnant so I stayed home. Today I decided to go to the mall alone for a bit. I got the kids Christmas outfits so I can take our pictures whenever. I got DH a few gifts too but most importantly, I got myself a new pair of jeans, 2 sweaters, and a cute pair of pjs! I was really in search of something for C to wear for his first birthday. I didn’t find that.

L has been having an insane amount of accidents the last couple weeks. I don't get it. She basically trained herself and was so excited to go, we never had to remind her. Then she just stopped. Today she had 3 accidents (one was the park with no bathroom, so it doesn't really count). |

Cadence wanted to spend her birthday money, so I took her to Walmart. It was pretty empty. Cadence dropped big money on calico critters, a Chelsea playhouse, 2 dresses for Baby Jesus, and an Ariel figurine.
I bought a cube shelf for her closet, came home and put it together and cleaned out her closet so I could put it in. I put all her new board games in it and then in the two bottom cubes are buckets for her random stuff. I need to clear out the rest of her room now.

It's mostly tradition with my mom and the thrill of getting the coveted item. Plus we're in OR and there's no sales tax so that's already like 10% off. Target wasnt too bad. Got there right when it opened and got out within 40 minutes. The line wasn't long at all. |
