Yes, but H needs to go by the bank and sign a dispute form. I asked if I could do it, since I'm on the account, but since it's his card, he has to. I should have just told them to email the form to me and forged his signature! I have bills coming out and if we don't get the money refunded fast enough, it may overdraw us. So I'm trying to decide if I just go ahead and transfer or watch it and hope like hell, that we are okay. |

mwhip Hope you figure all the travel out and FIL is ok. I’m glad you can keep your party plans. I'm not sure, even if we leave Sunday, if I'll keep the party Saturday. It's supposed to start at 4, which means people would leave about 6 or 7. Trying to pack both me and Evie for 4 days, get everything lined up for someone to stay at the house with the dogs, plus clean up after everyone leaves...is making me want to change it. It's funny, I was listening to Evie talk to H this morning while I was getting ready and she asked him who was watching her today. He sat there for a bit and said 'I don't know, you'll have to ask mom.' And it made me realize why I am so damn forgetful. I know where she's going everyday. I work full time. I have a houseful of shit to take care of, bills to pay, laundry, cooking, etc, but can't remember a god damn dentist appointment, and he gives me shit (jokingly). It made me realize why I'm slowly losing my mind. |

Seriously guys, I'm going to go break into the wine fridge and drink at 10:10am. MIL just sent me a text asking what I want to bring to Thanksgiving next week. We won't be home til Wednesday afternoon, if we go. I wanted to respond 'I DON'T FUCKING CARE.' But I didn't. Then H sends me a text that he will TRY to stop by the bank tonight. I told him I'll get the form emailed to me and forge his signature.
Oh, and he might be going out of town tomorrow night for work.
I need a xanax.

Oh no @nam! That sucks. It makes me so angry when people do shit like that. It’s such a personal violation. And I hear you on the money. It sucks so much to spend money on not fun stuff. Dh got a bolt in his tire last week and had to replace two of them. I could think of a lot of things I would have rather done with $300!! tgrimes no to puke!!! Drink all the red wine so you don’t catch it! mwhip yeah, sounds like this week need to just GTFO for you. Sorry for all of it. C was up and restless a lot last night, so I handed her of to dh at 5:30 and got another hour of sleep. With the time change on the east coast dh is home in the mornings, which is super nice, but between working an hour later and then rush hour traffic he rarely will make it home before dinner. Most nights I just cook and feed us and then make him a plate and clean up everything. It kind of stinks to never eat together. I placed an order last night with Etsy with an artist to hand draw a picture of Stella and Charlie (our dogs that died this year) for dh for Christmas. He will love it and will probably cry. Which artist? I've been meaning to get a portrait of Pico since he died last year. |

mwhip , is the form just on their website that you could print out? I'll check. The lady I talked to told me he can go to any branch and they can quickly print it out for him. But apparently getting to a branch before they close at 6 is too much for him. Our bank does not have any locations convenient to my husband's drive home from work, so I get it. I'm just annoyed. I was already stressed about cash this week, now with $300 gone, it's making my stress that much worse. |

Since there are still improvements we plan on doing on our house and furniture we need etc, dh asked last night what would be ok as a Christmas gift that was for the house. I told him moving forward with new countertops and cabinets for the kitchen could count as a Christmas present.... but a new ceiling fan did not. Lol.

I think I need a new vehicle because I need to go set fire to mine....my dad JUST NOW told me that when we went to see my grandparents on Monday, when I ran into the store he stayed in my Jeep and there was a BLACK WIDOW SPIDER crawling on his pant leg. He obviously opened the door and swatted him away. BUT...IN MY JEEP. ARE THERE MORE? HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN DRIVING AROUND WITH HIM IN MY JEEP? AND WHY DIDN"T MY DAD TELL ME RIGHT AWAY? Hey. Guess who has pink eye and an EI. S, of course. I have a call in to the ENT’s office to schedule her tube and adenoid surgery. Hopefully this means significantly less EIs. H had school this morning and now the girls are eating lunch. tgrimes I’m sorry M is sick, I hope she’s better soon! mwhip and @nam when it rains, it pours doesn’t it. Popping in - I was just at the gap returning some stuff and their sculpt jeans are $50 in stores and then 40% off! Unfortunately no tall in store but I tried to make regular fit and they did not. I have a pair already and they are so great at holding their shape. Someone go get them please!

mwhip When it rains, it pours. Darn. Hope things turn around. lfig Yep, would definitely be in burn-it-down (literally) mode. Men are so oblivious sometimes. Once I found a snake (it was tiny but still! A SNAKE) in my bathroom, and my dad says, "Huh, he must've gotten back in somehow!"  Back in? Yep, dad had found him in the entry hall earlier and shooed him out onto the front porch. I supervised the killing the second time, as well as the addition of new weatherstripping along the front doors.

Our heat has been out in our building all day. I am about froze to death. I went at lunch and bought a cappuccino to keep me warm. I also have a space heater on under my desk. The repair guy is here now and I am praying he gets it fixed! If not I am going home.
