Morning! It's early. Cadence came to my bed at 1 and woke up at 5.
She feels hot all over and has been complaining about her ear. I may take her to get checked for an EI when they open at 8. Other than that she seems fine.

Annnd we have vomit. But, she perked up right after. Now I'm wondering if it's just a virus and not her ears. Hmmmmm....

We were going to go to a pumpkin patch today but it's supposed to be 90 and humid so maybe we'll wait until next weekend when SD will be here and it will be 65 degrees. Nothing else planned so I should probably clean

Morning!
C had kind of a rough night—she went to bed easily enough but was up and down b/n 11-1 coughing and sneezing. She seems to be feeling a bit better today and has been raiding the fridge so that’s a good sign, I guess.
B has tennis this morning, then we’ll probably just come back here and watch football. Sorry kids, the Gators need me.

Soccer for us: Josie dressed herself under her jersey— all the colors match, but the patterns hurt my eyes.

Morning! An organization we are a part of has a group outing today so we’re leaving on a party bus in an hour with 30 friends. We heading to the Mississippi for a paddle boat cruise and then back home on the bus and we are hosting the after party at our house. It’s going to be a long day!
I was in bed by 9:30 to prepare myself but of course still woke up with this headache. Ugh. I’m so over it. It’s also a high of 49 today so I’m trying to figure out what to wear. Hmm

Good morning. I have been up since July when C stopped sleeping. I was at a birthday party with the 2 oldest until 9 last night. They ended up staying until nearly 11 when my friend brought them home. DS and DH are at a game in the city. It’s against the team they played the day DS got hurt. Later I’m taking DS to the eye doctor because we think he needs glasses. Tonight DH and are going to a bar for a going away party for my friend that is moving in with the guy from high school.

M & I are going to the symphony this morning. They’re doing Peter & the Wolf and a few songs from Lion King. Then we’ll come home to watch the OU game while H naps.

On the ferry headed to Cancun. We got up at 6, left the resort at 7. M is passed out on my mom. J is pissed that the stewardess keeps yelling at him for looking out the window.

LO just destroyed a heart he made me for Valentine’s Day when he was just over a year. I’m mad because I told him last night how much I loved it and that’s why he couldn’t play with it.
He decided to ignore me and play with it.

We are headed to my in laws soon. Every Columbus weekend we go to a festival so we will do that later this afternoon then stay the night and come back tomorrow afternoon.
I’ve had a headache since we came back from Disney and my night sweats have been intense to the point of changing clothes nightly and laying down a towel. I haven’t been taking my temp because we never found a reason for these things before but I did last night just to see and it was 99.7. Looks like I need to call the Dr again to see what else we can explore. Any ideas? Or is there a type of specialist I should reach out to?
ETA: we did all tick borne disease testing, tests for things like RA and lupus, the biopsy of my neck node, chest X-rays, and standard bloodwork

I hope your girls feel better soon klong11 and flamingo. I'm so glad it's the weekend. Since we told the girls they could sleep in they're both in our room before they need to wake on weekdays when they are bears to get up. 🙄 Family TKD this morning. Afterward I'm taking the girls to the town's annual Children's Day.

Morning. Hope the girls are in the mend flamingo and klong11. We all went to bed early last night. We’re up and already had breakfast. Not sure what to do with the kids today. I’ve been wanting to take them to the zoo, but it’s still in the 90s and no clouds in sight, so just too hot. I have to figure out something soon before they start to tear the house up.

Hello! We are packing for our long weekend away with my family. Of course it's pouring rain and I had a photographer scheduled to do beach family pictures.

Oh no wineallthetime ! i hope the rain will stop at least long enough to get some photos. wedding I'm sorry you're dealing with health stuff, I hope you can find some answers and get to feeling better. Our weather here can't figure out what it's doing. It rained overnight, was super gloomy this morning, cleared up for a minute, and is now gloomy again. So drama at tennis...our coach is no longer with the program?? Not sure what went down. I talked to another dad and we were trying to piece things together, lol. I really liked the coach that subbed in today. He noticed right away that B is a leftie (which is great in tennis) and was very encouraging. He was a bit more mild-mannered than the previous guy, who was nice enough but just kind of loud and gruff?, and I think B does better with a less in-your-face personality. They're still figuring out who will do the remainder of the lessons but I hope it will be the guy from today.

I bet she will love it--Let us know how it goes. The symphony back home does morning "coffee concerts" with different themes, they're shorter than evening performances and more family-friendly. I'd love to do something like that once we're back. I also want to take them to the Nutcracker.

Hi! I’m actually going out tonight with some girls in the neighborhood! I’m excited to be invited! They already have their friend group so I feel like it’s hard to ‘get in’ existing groups if that makes sense. They are all a bit older than me which I don’t mind obviously but it’s kind of intimidating for some reason? Anyways- it should be fun... my first time going out with friends down here! 🎉 I can’t believe you still have that headache slenle! Does this happen often??

She has strep. You wouldn't.know it by looking at her. She's had her first dose of amox. and should be fine for school on Monday. No gymnastics or swim and I went to the grocery store solo. I prefer when she goes with me.
Now we're sitting at home watching UT beat OU. Hook 'Em Horns!

Hey. We spent the morning working on house stuff, like reorganizing the garage for winter. DH will be very happy when he can park in the garage again. Both girls are napping right now and I’m trying to decide if I suggest going to the Apple orchard to the grumpy old bear. klong11 I hope the antibiotics help C feel better soon! wedding I know you probably don’t want to hear this but could the night sweats be from early menopause or something like that?

The end was a bu ch of songs from the lion king. In December they’re doing Polar Express, February is some Wild West one for the rodeo and April is once upon a time.
