I don't believe the Hanks and Gin affair. I do agree she looks at him the way most of us look at chocolate, but I'm not getting the same vibe off of him.

I love you my cynical friend. A BBC article I read this year said it’s why I’m so punctual. I expect everything to go wrong along the way so I leave time for all kinds of disasters. Isn’t that nice? One job I had for 4 years, I would leave 45 minutes early in the morning to get to get coffee and go to work. I worked 20/25 minutes away going the opposite of traffic but need 20/25 minutes extra just in case I hit traffic. I think I hit traffic maybe once the whole 4 years. The thought of being late makes me so anxious. |

I think it partially stems from traveling the Christmas after 9/11 and not making our flight even though we got there 4 hours ahead of time. We were stuck in the security line the whole time.

The emergency standby for last week got his own shot this weekend. It will be his last. Apparently, the powers that be have said he can be an emergency standby but nothing more than that from now on. It was quite the run. Pretty sure he has more guest appearances than anyone.

At this point, promoters are being a little shy about booking this A list singer. When that starts, it can turn into a wave. Too many cancellations they know are drug related. No one wants to take a chance on paying her huge fee and then her canceling at the last minute.
