I gave some of DS's soccer stuff away. I could have sold it but I offered the cleats for free and I didn't feel comfortable changing it even after she asked about money.
she got two pairs of soccer shorts, soccer socks, cleats, and shin guards.

My kids somehow wear the feet out of the footie pajamas. So many pairs in H’s sewing pile.
Ds1 wore gym shorts and t shirts to bed all summer. He said he was comfortable.

I would not risk it. Was it a big lunch? Not really. Just a slice of pizza from a mom and pop place that’s usually really good. Maybe it's all out then.

My kid loves the flannel button up (old man style) pjs from Children's Place. I bought a 4 pairs last autumn and pulled them out again last week and they are still going strong

Food poisoning is the worst.
I think I am allergic to olive oil.

Today is my first day working only 8 hours in a long ass time so I may be overly chatty. Apologies all around. I think I will just add more content in the Home Org Board.

My kids wear whatever soft pants/shorts they can scrounge, they're usually too short from old PJ sets theyve had forever, but still fit around the middle (but who cares because it's just for sleep).. and also mixmatched old shirts as their PJs. Basically, whenever they get new shirts the old more worn shirts move down the ladder into the PJ drawer... then when they absolutely don't fit anymore, into the donate bag.
Doing the least. ::shruggy guy::

Food poisoning is the worst. I think I am allergic to olive oil. Oh that would be hard. People use it so much these days!

this is where i'm at. How are pjs getting so worn through? What are kids doing in them? Most of DS pjs have been handed down to my sister and she's handed some of the smaller ones onto someone else now, almost all were carters or ON I have Carters from when DS was 4 still going strong, Target brand PJs, ON brand PJs.
I guess my confession is I don't even buy PJs anymore. I find them pricey for no reason so it's gym shorts and undershirts now.
I am convinced some people's washing machines tear their clothes up.
This is what we do. The only time she gets pjs are Christmas ones and this year I actually just ordered 2 long sleeve shirts from the Children's place. One to put with some pants and one for school.

I don't use olive oil at all. It's not even in my house.
I don't eat out a lot anyway. If I eat something and get sick, I am not eating it again.

I need to check out the home org board. I’m about to start my annual purge of the basement and all things that have been dumped/gone there to die. It seems like I never completely finish it and so by fall I’m getting the itch to clean it top to bottom. I really think this is the year I finish though!

H has been using it for seasoning the cast iron. I still prefer bacon grease. But he claims it’s healthier and he’s on a big health kick and blah blah blah. We do the majority of our cooking in the cast iron or in the wok. What isn’t done there is likely being baked instead.

A mostly refuses to wear anything but underwear when she sleeps, so all the new pj’s I bought her at the beginning of summer were a major waste.

I started doing white tees and gym shorts for dom too around your son’s age. Soph I still buy for but I’ve been adding in oversized t-shirts here and there.

I looked at those, too. If I buy the HA, I think it might be the only pair I get. I’ve got three boys to clothe. I can’t be throwing $20 per pj pair all the time. I should send you all my boy clothes. I hold onto them cause they still have life. I have a friend with 4 girls so all of DD's stuff goes to her.
I give all of soph’s to the neighbor girls and then they get passed down from there. So 3 sets of kids get to wear it for the price of one.

I’m seriously considering not buying any more pjs for the kids. I think I might make some flannel pj pants and just buy plain tees to go with them. Half of the time they just wear regular clothes anyhow. I don’t care what they wear, as long as they sleep. R likes to put on his clothes for the next day before bed. Whatever dude. It’s one less thing for me to fight him on in the morning.

I think my child wants me to strangle him. He's doing his reading homework and is vocalizing/growling every breath. I can here him from across the house. I'm seconds from loosing my shit! He knows this kinda shit makes me crazy and he does it on purpose.

I'm waiting for MH to pick up pizza and we'll make a salad kit. I'm not starving since we had Torchy's for lunch. So yay leftovers!

One of my good friends has a daughter about a year younger than DD and they’re both bigger than average so it has worked out well in terms of passing down clothes.

I’m irrationally annoyed with my mom. She took some pics of me over the weekend. I called today to see if she could email me a few (no editing needed) today so that I could get them submitted to the pattern designer who’s pattern I tested. She said she would get them to me this evening. It’s 8:30 and still no email. I have a feeling she emailed them to my hotmail that I haven’t used in 10 years.

Mom? You in here? Right after I posted this she texted me that she couldn’t pick which ones to send so she’s just going to put them on a thumb drive and bring them to me tomorrow.

So that 4 hours I spent in the car today...ended up being for an 8 minute appointment. 🙄
We got an order for a series of blood panels from our home lab (7 fill vials out of a screaming 2 year old)...which also was a nightmare.
I have homemade sloppy joes and tequila and an early bedtime for everyone.
