I am full of the FWPs today:
1. We ended up having a relatively early snacky lunch instead of a full early lunch like I expected so now I have to figure out what to cook or order for dinner.
2. I took the box of fall and Halloween decorations out and I have no idea where I want to decorate. The rooms we spend the most time don’t have the right shelving/mantles for the decorations, and the room that is best equipped for it is never used.
Also, I want ice cream and I promised myself I would only do a pint a month.

vino, What are you doing under that boyfriend cardigan? Can you fit a button down under there or just a tee/tank?

Morning, I just left the dr. Double ear infection and bronchitis. She called me in a z pack and ordered lots of rest so it doesn’t turn into pneumonia. I pretty much stayed in bed all day yesterday and am going to do the same today. MH has been exceptionally helpful. So I hope that continues. Oh man! Feel better, lfig. When do you leave on your trip? In 3 weeks. I must ward off all germs so I can fully enjoy! |

vino , What are you doing under that boyfriend cardigan? Can you fit a button down under there or just a tee/tank? I wear it around the house over my comfy clothes, so a nightshirt/tshirt. I dont know how it would look with a button down, since it has buttons itself. I'll try it on with a button down and report back |

Feel better asap lfig!! Rest up! Super cute cardigan vino! I just got my Old Navy order in this week. Mostly staples for the kids that were on clearance! Hope you are feeling good today cagoldi <3 I have been really looking hard for some type of part time work at home job. I think I'm too picky for it though. I don't want be customer service or cold calling people. That seems to be the majority of WFH jobs. I also don't want to do direct sales. So yeah... I'm kind of discouraged about it. |

I just my acceptance email for next April's Boston Marathon!!
I mean, I knew I *should* get in but I'm still really excited. It used to be that you ran a qualifying time and you were in. It's way more complicated now and you have to hope your time was x minutes faster than the qualifying time, but x varies from year to year and is also dependent on your age and gender. It's crazy how much changed since I last ran in 10 years ago!

Hi ladies! Haven’t had time to properly check in today. Went to a play area with a friend who’s girls are in the same school/class as ds (he wants to marry one of them, his plans for the future are adorable). This play area was clearly meant for older kids, water everywhere, no clean view, I run after dd constantly. We left and went someplace else. The kids had a blast fortunately. I blew the diet today and had pizza, I really needed it.

Hi!
Busy day...after dropping B off, I ran to exchange his tennis clothes and get a little pick-me-up gift for a friend. I got a fall scented candle and wine stoppers (Target dollar section FTW 🙌🏻), candy, and a copy of Crazy Rich Asians. I left it on her front porch but am now obsessively second-guessing if she’ll find it. Lol.
Speaking of tennis, one of the pros called today at noon to say that B’s class (at 3) has been cancelled bc no one else signed up! Thank you for the advance notice, folks 🙄 We are going to switch him to the Saturday class.
At the park now...today is warm but the humidity has cleared out a bit. Maybe this is finally the beginning of the end of summer 🙏🏼🤞🏻

28 minutes past my appt time at the chiro and I’m annoyed. My appointments usually take 5, 10 minutes max so what this person is having done.
And if this other person here goes before me, I might leave. I need to get back to work!
When I called this morning they had a 3:15 and a 4 open. Should have just taken the 4 because nobody has come in after me.

I went to the chiro this morning and she was able to do a little bit but couldn’t fully fix my problem. She said I’m “really restricted” in the area that hurts. If it still hurts after a few days I’ll head back again I guess. S has lots of fun at the library with MIL. I’m making tacos for supper tonight. vino guster I think I have an older version of that cardigan (I got it 3 years ago) and I’m not sure if it would work with a button down under. The sleeves are slim fitting and thin. I wear mine with a tank or T-shirt underneath. |
