The one thing I do stick to is my nightly squats. Gotta keep that butt nice I recently started doing curtesy lunges/squats. My ass is so sore!!

I feel like squats never do anything for me. No matter how many I do I never feel sore therefore I feel like they're not doing anything. This is at home, not at the gym with weights though, so maybe that's why. Maybe I'll try curtsy squats. My booty used to be so nice but post-kids it is flat and sad. Mine got so sad after having N. I'd def add some weight if you can and make sure you're going down enough. That sounds super dirty but I'm not fixing it lol.

I just pinned an article that was something like "10 moves better for your butt than squats" haha. But yes, either adding a weight (or medicine ball), and touching it to the ground and then over your head really amps it up. Or do jumping lunges/squats (plyometrics), that you should feel!

I got my new swim suit today. My women's plus size pro one piece bikini. It fits fine. I don't know how I feel about it.

I just googled curtsy squat. Will try. Maybe we should do a squat challenge! I actually am starting to get a booty for the first time in my entire life. It's exciting. I'd like to encourage this process.
Also I got up at 5 to spin this morning! I made myself a paleo supper last night and packed it again for lunch today. Doing well!

My inner thighs and arms are sore today! Everyday I'm going to set aside 20 minutes to do arms and leg/butt workouts. That's an easy goal to stick to. amichelle723 , definitely try adding in weights with your squats/lunges. It makes a big difference. I got these from Amazon for $25

Yesterday evening was SO beautiful so I decided to run down our road instead of going to the gym. The hills coming back almost killed me haha. Then I did some ab work once I got back home. Alternating planks are HARD and I def feel it today. My eating has been pretty good this week and my scale made me pretty happy this morning!

I skipped my workout yesterday bc I was too rattled by thinking someone had tried to break in our house, but I'll be doing today's early. As soon as DD3 wakes up in the ktan. Still loving the step videos. I found this Australian lady who has a bunch of 20 minute videos and I like the variety. These last 5lbs are being stubborn though! Whoa! Did I miss something? What's the Australian lady's name? Is it Kayla something ? I skipped yesterday too because I was sick... but I'll go at lunch today.
