Last week was a fail.
My body kicked my own ass so i took the week off. I tried to stay with healthy eating choices but strayed more often than i wanted too.
But it's a new week! Back on track I go. I plan on doing t25 tonight. I need to shop for healthy meals. I also need to do new things, i'm getting bored with the recipes i've been doing.

RunsforWineandCarbs,try that one Betweenthelines posted! It was super yummy. And really good for just eating a shitload of veggies. I would like to spin tonight, or maybe an actual bike ride with DS.

Who wants to tell me what to do at the gym.
I'm so lazy lately and with being off for the summer I need to do something To keep me active during the week. I go to the gym and get overwhelmed and have no idea what to do so I treadmill or bike.

Last week was rough— too many excuses for donuts, pastries, pizza and wine. I'm recommitting myself to healthy eating this week. I'm picking up my CSA tonight and I've meal planned based on the predicted contents— so many veggies to get through!
I also need to look at the calendar and sign up for some more races.

Workouts have been good! I went to my Orange Theory class again on Saturday. It was only my second class and I finished in top 3 for "splat points", so I was happy with that. You get a report with the amount of time you spend in every heart rate zone, so that's cool - and now I have goals of more points/time in the target zone.
Eating was okay. I wasn't too healthy this weekend, but not terrible either. My weight is pretty consistent (although it fluctuates 2-3 lbs daily).
I think my arms are looking slightly more defined, so that's cool.

Things going good here. Loving my workouts! I'm primarily doing strength training. There's a little over two week difference between these. Pdq

I haven't run in awhile because I'm slowly dying of sleep deprivation but I have a session with my trainer yesterday. We did a back workout and OMG she killed me. I told her my goal is to do a pull-up, so she's been pushing me really hard. She made me do a million reps of every move with heavy weights.

looks good jedi! I am soooo sore from Body Pump today. Holy crap. But I weighed myself at the gym and I am down another 5! So that is exciting. I feel like I have a bit of momentum. And that It has been such slow loss (15 lbs since January) but I am making what feels like permanent changes. So that's a win.

I'm like a cardio queen, but I've started lifting more/heavier over the last month or so, and I'm already noticing a difference! Not just with definition, I've lost a few more lbs and my clothes are all loose on me. And I'm starving all the time.

Whew! Just ran 3 miles in 25:15. This time last year I was around 27:30! I've really been improving my time lately.

thats really impressive avocadotoast!! I took a walk too at lunch RunsforWineandCarbs. I was searching for the best food truck, but still haha it counts. I really want to get a fitbit again so I can go in those challenges! Maybe I can find one for cheap on kijiji.

I have not worked out in forever, but I did the past 2 days!!! I have not been feeling like I'm going to puke at every moment of the day for the past 2 days, so yesterday I biked about 10 miles and this morning I ran (OK, jogged) about 2 miles. It makes me feel so much better but when I am constantly nauseated I just can not do it.

I skipped the gym this morning but plan on either doing some t25 or an at home routine when i get home and get the littlest to bed.
I did manage to get to the gym some last week. And plan to continue to do so. Progress over perfection, right?!

I drank too much Saturday night and skipped the gym Sunday. I also ate all the things all weekend. My bad.
Today is the start of a new week... hitting the treadmill at lunch.

Not eating meat for 2 weeks helped me lose 3 lbs. I worked out twice with MH this weekend and he kicked my ass! Mostly cardio and legs and ass on the docket this week. PDQ Poof

I recently noticed so much flab in my arms. So I will be doing arms every night for at least 5-10 mins. I'm so bad at sticking to things.

Got in a 3+ mile run this morning, plus some push-ups and tricep dips. jedi 's guns are motivating me to work on my arms.
