Thanks, @nam. I will look for it. There’s is a Shiraz called Jar Jar that I really like to drink. Especially when I make either a big pot of chili/pasta or some winter kind of roast with lots of root veggies. I love that one. Shot fire makes my favorite Shiraz. |

I currently buy Joel Gott Cabernet for $12.99 a bottle. It’s really good. Several friends have commented when I’ve served it.
I don’t like white, although I’d be willing to taste test in case i find something i do like. They are all too fruity for me.

I don’t like Chardonnay either. A former friend of mine always ordered Chardonnay when she had sushi, and the pairing always felt off to me. I don’t drink often but I always try to keep a bottle of Sauvignon blab or sancere on hand for white and just a Pinot Noir or a Cabernet for red, but I mostly cook with that. My mom, sister and I recently went out for omelettes and chardonnay... |

Just finished talking to the OT.
She's referring him to a neurodevelopmental pedi because she can't make a diagnosis but she sees behaviors that make her think we need to see if he's On the spectrum.

So, you guys know how on Facebook messenger if you message a page listed as a business it has those auto messages you can tap on to send like “still available” “how much” stuff like that?
I was just letting C mess around with my phone while I cleaned the kitchen and she somehow messaged the secretary of Landon’s school asking “how much for your services.” 😬🤣🤣

I mean, I definitely see the "red flags" she described but they're not that out there or I never thought of them as a concern. Sort of chalked them up to "oh, that's kind of a peculiar thing he likes to do." Pete and my mom insist he's fine, he's great. He is. But I think what they're calling "red flags" we saw as strengths like "he really enjoys xyz and isn't it cool that he's so observant/focused" and didn't recognize it as self-stimming or repetitive behavior, you know? |

MIL took the little 2 for the night cause I had to take C to the dr and we are doing a special mom, dad, C day tomorrow. Omg, one 4 year old is great. He's riding his bike and scooter while I sit on the porch and wine.

I hope the next consult goes well cagoldi. And keep in mind that it's called "the spectrum" for a reason and perhaps if X is in fact on it, maybe you guys didn't see it because he's on the mild end. Either way, I know that you'll be able to handle it well and X has a lovely supporting family to help him reach his potential. |

C has cried more tonight then he has in months. First because I yelled at him for kicking the gate on our way out of school. Cue meltdown. Then he fell walking up the stairs and a toy fell on his toe in the shower. He’s clearly overtired and at an 11. I can’t wait for bed time!

She did say it is kind of early, but she has seen these behaviors since his first visit and just wanted to give herself more time to observe. She said at this point she thinks it's appropriate to move forward with a consult. |
