I have my first monitoring u/s tomorrow (stims day 6) and I'm nervous. This will be the first indicator as to how the cycle is going and with my low-ish AMH I'm really worried we won't get many eggs. I am feeling a bit crampy and bloated today, hope that's a good sign of follicle growth! Will report back tomorrow with numbers.

Cycle/month: 14
Timing: -4,-1, O
CD/DPO: CD18 / 3DPO
Symptoms:nothing notable
RRCS: I’ve slacked on temping regularly this cycle. I figured I’d step back just a bit while we are waiting to see if the clomid has any effect on H’s numbers, we won’t know until mid November. So just waiting and more waiting.

CD 26 and I started my period. My cycles are always 28 days like clockwork but I should have known something was off when I had the midcycle spotting. On to Femara cycle 4 I guess.

radiantfate, ugh about being sick on top of an unsuccessful cycle. beenthere, sorry for the BFN and the bad upcoming timing. charliefox, FX'd for you today! honda, hi! Actually, I used a different username for TCF. It's been over a year and I wanted something more "me" than last time. octoberrust, ugh on the temping, I feel you. I'm not doing it this time around. FX'd for this cycle for you. sarahh, so so sorry for the BFN.

My ovaries are tricky so it was hard to get good measurements of the left side. The right had like 8 I think and the left had 3. It's not great but not horrible. The leader on the right was about 12 and the others were smaller (I’ll ask the nurse for exacts later).
ETA: apparently the app ate of a bunch of words

purple, I apologize if you've talked about this and I just don't remember but have you had any repeat loss testing? Or other fertility testing? Definitely ask for a referral, hopefully a RE can give you some answers and hope. Yes, I was benched for three months after losing the twins for repeat loss testing. They didn't find anything, except age. Fifty percent of pregnancies end in miscarriage once you're forty. The consultant said that she was confident they could get me through a healthy pregnancy but that there are no guarantees. We did have extensive fertility testing before we conceived L. We were actually diagnosed with unexplained infertility and ended up conceiving naturally on the same day. That's one of the reasons why we started trying when she was only eight months. I was 38 when she was born and it took two years to conceive. Then for two years we had no trouble conceiving, hence six losses in just under two years. We haven't conceived since December, which, considering how much illness I've had this year, isn't long in the grand scheme of things. But I keep getting older, and so does L.

sarahh, I'm so sorry. I was so hopeful for you this month. @octobrrust, I'm hoping so hard that the clomid will make a big difference for you. radiantfate, much sympathy for a house full of illness and AF, that's a terrible combination.

XP from IF:
Spoke to the nurse and got the final numbers:
Right (8): 13, 7.5, 7, 7, 5.5, 5.5, 5, 4 Left (4): 13, 7.5, 7, 5
They're upping my gonal-f again so I had to order another one - that's an extra $1k so far, and I'm starting cetrotide tonight which will keep my from ovulating.

Follicle scan was frustrating today. The RE is out of office so the nurse gave me and update, will relay results to RE and someone will call me to tell me how to proceed. Pretty much there are two giant follicles, one is 32 and the other 26. Then a 15, and a smattering of 7-9s. I am hoping the 32 is a remnant from last cycle and not a serious cyst that will make us cancel the cycle. They gave me an ovidrel syringe just in case we can still trigger today, but I’m not optimistic.

If that 32 is a follie then I would assume your body would be super close to O. 26 and 15 sound good though! That 15 has a chance to mature just enough even if you're triggering tonight. GL!

charliefox I ran out of OPKs but randomly had an unopened CB monitor in my bathroom. It started flashing smiley face (high) today so fingers crossed the damn follicles actually release eggs. I feel a little better after getting a call back. Cycle not canceled, and no trigger shot. The doc will call me on Tuesday to tell me if I should start Crinone that night.

I'm 13 dpo today. I've been having a few "symptoms" since 11 dpo but I'm not sure if they're just heightened PMS symptoms because I took a higher dose of Clomid this month. I think I'm going to hold out until 15 dpo to test if i make it that far.

sunny75 I admire your patience so so so much. By 9DPO, I’m barely able to contain myself and try to will my body to defy biological plausibility of s bfp. I hope your symptoms are a good sign. All fingers and toes crossed for you!

All fingers and toes crossed for you! Thank you! I'm definitely not patient either! I just like to spend the last few days before AF shows convincing myself I'm pregnant without those pesky negative pregnancy tests to show me otherwise lol.

No not yet! I've been having a lot of cramping yesterday and today and feeling like AF is about to start any minute. If nothing by tonight I'll test then. Ugh I hope today goes by fast. Thanks for thinking of me!
