Cadence kept saying she wanted to be Elsa again. I don't like repeats, so I convinced her to pick someone else by telling her what I could dress up as to partner her.

The boys keep changing their minds, which is fine for now. We'd love for Chase to be animal because it fits his personality. He also loves to walk around with drum sticks and scream ANIMAL, so yeah...

I would love to ties something in with the three boys and C, but I don’t think it will happen. I tried to ask Landon what he wanted to be and he side eyed me and said “it’s still August.” My 8 year old “early holiday” shamed me.

I saw a Facebook or IG post about sibling costumes and I really want to boys to be Mario and Luigi. M2 would be the perfect Mario and M his Luigi. I need to figure out a way to talk M into this...

Now m wants to be superman lol. I'm waiting until October to purchase. He obviously he can't make up his mind. This is where I’m at. I don’t want to wait too long but every day since last Halloween M comes up with something different for her & H. Last I heard was Snow White & dopey or Minnie & Mickey. I would love to do coordinating costumes for the kids, esp. b/c next year BossLady will probably have strong opinions. Need to brainstorm...and get B off the pilot-kick. |

LO decided on Captain Hook again so E will be Tinkerbell. I really hoped he would pick the Incredibles but it's up to him. I am getting him a 2nd costume for school.

Very cute slenle! C bought an IronMan costume at BJs so that is what he will be for the road race. Not sure on Halloween. |

So cute, slenle!! Is that Trolls, I assume? I keep seeing the movie on Netflix, we need to give it a try. B is still dead-set on a Navy pilot for year 3...I even tried to get him to mix it up and be an *airline* pilot, but no luck. I was originally thinking black cat for C (inspired by some cute tutu-based costumes on Pinterest) but I made the mistake of showing her a Cinderella dress (Cinderella is her current favorite) and her face lit up and she started jumping up and down squealing. Soooo Cinderella it is. If nothing else, it will be easy, and I figure she can re-use it for dress-up. |

L has wanted to be a bat since last year, I feel like I never see that as a cos t me so will have to figure out how to make. I think PBK has a bat costume? It's probably an arm and a leg, but if you get desperate... ETA: not as terrible as I thought, esp. if you had a 20% coupon Bat costume |

So E randomly mentioned a house as a costume and thought that was really creative and outside of the box. Well when he told mh, MH suggested that a tower might be more practical than a big box. So E will be a castle tower and of course I am not crafty and have to make this myself. I'm buying a tablecloth and some medieval decorations on Amazon and might incorporate a vine or dragon if I get that far

B has miraculously switched! He's been saying for not quite a week that he wants to be a policeman; I'm going to wait a bit and make sure that's his final answer, but I'm glad to have a change from the pilot. No offense to pilots, but I need some variety for my social media pics, kid  3 years in a row was just too much, haha. |

I would love to do a sibling themed costume this year but I can't think of any good ones for the boys.
We were gifted a big box of costumes from a friend a few weeks ago but most are a little big for S. Not sure if he is going to want to be one of those or if we are going to buy one.
Obviously S would love to be anything Star Wars... last year he was Darth Vader. Maybe a Storm Trooper and an Ewok?
I dunno...
