I’m hoping to do 20 tomorrow and then double up Monday so I can skip a day to two when I’m traveling next week.
I am sore though.

Today was my rest day. Knocking out 16 and 17 tomorrow.
I know that those mountain climbers from last week really got my inner thighs and eek 2's goblet squats are getting my glutes because my ass feels like it's bruised.

Did Day 18 & 19 yesterday. I've been walking my kid to and from school and on those days, I'm too tired for BBM. I've been doubling up, but I have a feeling that's not going to work as the work outs get more intense. I'm sore as it is.

Day 19 done, I started the week off right and got my ass outta bed at 5.15am to do it. I might do day 20 this evening, but I'm pretty sore today.

I did day 23, skipped 22 because I didn’t bring hand weights in my trip and couldn’t find anything sufficient. I’ll probably do another cardio or two while here and then piece together the strength training when I get back.
Can someone tell me what Phase2 looks like? I’m a little scared. Things have gotten harder and my body hurts

Things have gotten harder and my body hurts I think in phase 2 she separates upper body/lower body so you do 3 different workouts, twice a week (upper/lower/cardio).

Today should be my rest day but I had no plans so I did 22 and I will take my rest tomorrow because DS1 has his middle school vaccinations first thing in the morning and he will be worse than the baby so that can be my workout.

I did all the cardio for this week so when I get back Friday I need to do all the strength training between Friday and Saturday I think. So I’d did 23,25, and 27 and need to do 22,24,26 I think.

Did day 23 just now and it was not pretty. Kind of felt like day 1 to me. Maybe because I am doing it after a long day with little sleep after having already logged 12,000 steps. Hoping to get a second wind to finish out the week.

finished day 19 yesterday.
I’m about a month in of working out consistently again and my knee is giving me trouble. This also happened this spring when I got into insanity and was to the point i couldn’t do much more than walk. Ugh. I’ve never had knee trouble and I’m pretty sure I use good form, it’s frustrating!
