I still haven't found a milk substitute that I like 😕 Did you try unsweetened vanilla almond? It's really mild tasting, I think. Not yet. I have to finish the one I bought before getting another. I'm almost finished the first one. |

My child has started using the word "duh" and she insists she invented it. I find the use of it more annoying than her whining. I told her it makes her sound not smart(I didn't want to say dumb or stupid) and to stop using it. M just discovered it too (which means j says it too) but mostly uses it in funny scenarios. |

Morning! Sitting at Starbucks and I overheard a young girl on an interview. She was talking about how her mom was a stay-at-home mom and never went to college so all she knows is how to be is a mom. My heart hurt for her mother a little bit, because her daughter can't yet appreciate what it takes to "just be a mom" and nurture your children to the point that they are confident, and successful young people interviewing for jobs at Starbucks. Then she went on to proudly say how her Dad was a finance manager and went on about it, because you know...he had the "real" job. She's just a young kid, but part of me was like "Oh, honey...you have no idea". I need to stop being so nosy and just drink my coffee  |

Josie told me that daddy goes to work and I stay home because otherwise she and Charlie would be lonely.

dapostrophe I purposefully turn off my music for the latter part of my commute because of the influx of youths that come aboard. The conversations are something else; I snicker, roll my eyes, and think in my head 'just you wait'. Then go about my merry way feeling old and wise, get into my 4 door sedan that holds two car seats and turn up my old school Eminem.
