I also just came off my period, so I slacked last week with working out because period. But I'm back on this week. Spin bike, sauna, and I need to focus on workouts for my stomach.

Betweenthelines, hey now, i love myself as well! lol. which is why i try to stick to low carb high protein, especially since it's what i have discovered works for me to lose the weight. i think i'd have to cut out all alcohol for a few months to get the bloat all the way down in my stomach. i may do so..you know after the holidays. lol but until then i focus on my protein intake and to keep my carbs low.

RunsforWineandCarbs , oh I wasn't at all saying YOU didn't love yourself. lol. I'm comparing me and H. He's all into keto right now and I am not about that no carb no sugar lifestyle.
