And a fabulous Friday it is! I had a great birthday yesterday. MH grilled a delicious dinner and got me a VISA gift card because I'd told him what I really wanted was to just drink wine and online shop haha. Today I'm leaving work early for an overnight girls night with my mom and 3 sisters! I can't wait.

Thanks ladies! Today should be a breeze compared to the 5 brain surgeries. 😉. But I’m not looking forward to the cranky mess she’ll likely be for the next several days.

We have to be there at 11. So we went to bed at 9 because we were going to get up at 5:30 to hit the road by 7. Well at 10pm MH got a call about a missing floater. So he dealt with that for a bit but ended up sending one of his guys out. Then back to sleep till 3:00 am when the phone rang again. This time was a domestic dispute in the campground. So MH had to go down there and take a guy to jail. He got home at 5:30...just in time to get showered and ready to head to STL. 🤪 so we are hoping For naps later!

Good luck today lfig. I was surprised by the amount of pain C was in after. Lots of morning. But once he calmed down it got a lot better. And like you said, after her previous stuff, this should be a breeze!

Morning! We are going to a local lake to go swimming this afternoon. Then this evening is first Friday downtown so I’m going to try and force DH to go. They have music and stuff so it’s fun.

lfig I hope surgery is quick and recovery is smooth for S.

Has anyone booked with VRBO before? So I told you the beach house we wanted the bitch raised the price $100 a night. I found another one and again I’m waiting for the owner to respond and now I look and that price is up $100 a night. I’m thinking the website ups the price itself? I’ve searched but I can’t seem to find info. I only communicate with the owner on VRBO so who knows if she even gets my messages. I cleared my cache and re-searched and it’s still $100 higher.

There’s no address so I can’t find the property on other sites. I’ve tried a few but haven’t found it. I’m going a little crazy over this.

My puppy is limping again so DH is working from home to take her to the vet. DD has a 2 hour choreography session for gymnastics this morning so I will have to stay for that because the gym is otherwise closed so I’m not going to leave her alone with one coach. Hoping I can get C to nap in the stroller or something when we are there. At least DH agreed to keep T with him.

I fought with my mom again so I'm annoyed again. If she needs something done it's an emergency and top priority and everyone will pay until it's done. But when I need something done it's bottom of the freaking barrel and she will not do it. She's called me 4 times to ask if I'm going to the town her prescriptions are at so I can pick them up for her. I'm not making a special trip for her. But she's driven past the place I need her to go a thousand times in the last MONTH I've been asking her to do this and she refuses. The account is in her name so only she can do it. She won't.

wedding I've used VRBO. I think that happens as you get closer to the date, sometimes the price just goes up. Not sure if it's the owner or the site doing that though.

After pic! No makeup and inflamed brow lines from the wax so don’t be too harsh I also had my brows tinted and I love it! The cut turned out great!

An hour and 20 into DD’s lesson and C has slept the whole time so far! I really need to pee but I’m afraid to move him. Sunday DD and I get to go to her first USA gymnastics training clinic. Kids will be doing gymnastics, parents will be learning about steps that have been taken since the abuse scandal came out.

The owner messaged me that the site still had off season prices plugged in so they were updated. I ended up booking anyway. Well sending the request in.

I’m now at a new pedicure place I’ve never been to and I walk in and the owners are Cs best friend from school. Luckily they are t doing my feet! So I selected a more than minimum pedicure to show my support of their business. My legs are now wrapped in Saran Wrap and I’m not sure what’s happening. This place is also so bougie compared to the strip mall place I got to. My self care today is going to be expensive!
