Criminal Minds - As much as I love it, the revolving door of supporting characters is annoying and no one is worth getting invested in. I think this should have ended a few seasons ago. ANTM - My love to hate, hate to love show. The contestants are obviously there for their 15 minutes of fame and not any legit modeling career. Sometimes the photos are beautiful to see, but the contestant's and Tyra's antics are OTT and I'm about ready to pull the plug. I can't quit CM and I will be sad when it is over. I personally don't find the revolving door to be that abnormal for the particular job they do - it is hard, taxing, and sometimes people step in and out. Now, we had 3 newish people this season, because two regulars left the show, but hopefully Alverez stays around awhile. I REALLY liked the Spencer story line this season, but only on re-watch. During the season it felt like it dragged on forever, but similar to the year of the Replicator, it all fits together nicely upon re-watch. It will also be interesting to see the cast next season - the actresses playing Garcia and JJ have been on the show for almost the entire run, but they're paid less than half of what Spencer is paid. Their contracts are up and they are asking for equity in pay to MGG, which they absolutely deserve IMO. As for ANTM - they DID cancel it! A year ago. But another network picked it up and Rita Ora was the host. Tyra was only around for a few scenes in total. She's too busy being the (horrible) host of AGT. I'm not sure if the other network picked it up for another season or not. But they went back to girls only for the first season. ETA: I just learned, thanks to this thread, that Tyra is back for the next season of ANTM. And no age limits. Sounds too gimmicky.

I flip flop on this one. I still think two seasons ago (first full non-McDreamy season) was some of the best writing on the show and it felt like it got back its heart. I was completely over Mer/Der's relationship, since he so often bordered on being emotionally abusive. I'm so glad he is gone. But last season dragged on SO much. Similar to CM. Both of them had at least 3-4 episodes where only a few cast members were even seen on screen, which is weird. I wonder if it will be less dragg-y on re-watch, but the first viewing just seemed to take forever for anything to happen. Part of this was due to pregnancies and maternity leave - at least 3 of the ladies were either pregnant or took leave last season, which made them scramble some of the story lines. But, like, the Amelia/Owen fight was stupid and should not have lasted 13 episodes. 3, maybe. But seriously, it was just stupid. Especially since they're making it seem like he didn't know she had previously been pregnant and lost her son, but that was exactly one of the issues they actually bonded on after April's loss.

HOW is this show still getting nominated for any awards? They've been phoning it in for years!

I had to stop with ANTM when they let men in. It just wasn't the same. And the social media voting. Ugh. It became like Big Brother or something. Everyone was so busy trying to get drunk or hook up and they were just so lackadaisical about the actual job they were doing - MODELING. I mean, yes, there had been lesbian or bi contestants in seasons past and there were occasional make out sessions, but once boys were added, everyone just seemed so distracted and thirsty. That said, Nyle and Cory were some of the best models the show has ever seen, so I can't complain too much.

I would seriously watch a reality show staring Cory just trying to work it around LA.

PLL, for sure Modern Family Walking Dead SVU - I know they like to do relevant 'case of the week', but the past few years have been non-stop rape/assault cases. I used to like when they'd do ones about cults and gangs and trafficking, etc. And I don't like how it looks anymore - too overly produced.

As much as I still keep up, I agree :/ Same with how to get away with murder, but I still love it Oh I still watch. LOL. It's just not nearly as good as it used to be. Hoping they really end things on a high note next season.

The Office. Even before Michael left. 30 Rock started getting bad around season 4. Parks and Rec, I didn't even watch the last 2 seasons. Friends. All of the characters became caricatures of themselves. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Basically all of the shows I've loved in the past 20-25 years have turned on me. (Also, I still love all of these shows).

My issue with It's Always Sunny is that the premise is these guys in their late 20's/early 30's running a bar & doing funny/stupid shit. It doesn't translate well as they get older.
I didn't watch much of the last season, but I will say that the water park episode was pretty funny.

Grey's Anatomy Suits - it was really good for several seasons and when Mike went to jail it just was so unbelievable and hard to follow. 2 Broke Girls

I'm kind of laughing at 2 Broke Girls being brought up.
They had a horse outside their apartment. It jumped the shark the first season.

How I Met Your Mother. I'm on season 6 right now, felt like it could have been done last season, and I can't even believe it goes for 9 total seasons. Friends I want to agree with Supernatural but at this point I feel like part of the charm is that it will go on forever.

The Voice, American Idol and any other singing competition show. These people never do anything after the show. It's a waste of time. And Dancing With the Stars. I don't even watch it but I'm sick of hearing about it. When was the last time a real star was on there? Pretty much all competition shows can go for me.

The first seasons brought some great talent out....Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Chris Daughtry, etc There are a lot of them that are very successful. But also a bunch that are a crapshoot.

I just had to give up because it was too much investment with 2-3 nights a week and usually the winner never got anywhere. Maybe they just need to cut back to one season a year. Seems like it's going on year round now. But it's cheap for the networks and takes up a lot of air time. I just can't believe idol is coming back.

I don't think I've ever seen a contestant on The Voice do anything. Have they? I liked the concept of the show but yes it's a wast of time now and I usually only watch the chair turning episodes if I do catch it.

I agree OUAT passed its prime a while ago. I couldn't wait for new episodes to come out - now I have the back half of this season still on my DVR and I'm in no rush to actually watch it. I do still watch SVU regularly - I really like the new(er) cast, but here's a potential UO: I think they should reduce Benson's role to something similar to what Cragen was. It's all about Olivia's drama lately, and I'm kinda tired of it. More Ice T, Carisi, Rollins, and Barba please. (Also I agree they need to vary the story lines some more.) I thought SHIELD might be getting to shark territory but the Agents of HYDRA story line was the best thing they've done in a LONG time. The rest of my list would be: Lost Glee Bones Criminal Minds maplebaconbar - that is solid advice from silverspoon. The last season - especially the finale - of HIMYM will just piss you off.
