Checked the game to keep my catch streak going and saw that trainer battles are coming! I might have nerded out just a little. And unlike trading you won't need to be physically close to battle your trainer friends!! Right! I'm super excited about that. It's to bad they don't so that with trades. |

cmb, I'm only on part 4 of meltan quest. I need 1 more candy walking with my buddy. We'll see if I manage to complete this one, it might take me a while now. The candy one annoyed me. I cheated and used magikarp as my buddy since it’s a 1 km one 😂 |

Yesterday I did 2 legendary raids. I got Lugia and Cresselia. Someone in our Lugia group got a shiny one! I wasn't able to get a Ho-Oh, so I hope they bring him back as a breakthrough reward soon. It's the last gen 2 legendary I need.
I'm still only on part 5 of the meltan quest. Boo.

Don't forget the Holiday event started today. It includes one free one-time use incubator per day by spinning a PokeStop. I was very surprised to get one earlier and turns out that's why!

I evolved one a week or two ago and the next day got the task. They've all disappeared so now I have to walk mine to get enough candies. |

Unless you had lots of passes sitting in your box or willing to drop $$, you could only do 1-2 per day. |

This is the only place where I can share this: I finally caught a Ditto after trying for a month. It was a damn Rat that showed up across the street from my house. A MONTH. I killed two special research things in one fell swoop.

January community day is going to offer 4x incubator effectiveness!! Hopefully I can collect more 10K's leading up to it. I'm hoping the weather will be decent that day. I haven't been playing much this winter so I'm really behind on tasks. It's more fun in warmer weather. |
