Well I'm going to the concert but they are leaving at 430 ugh! I need to talk myself into this. I'll barely have time to run in the house and change before walking ot the door. At least I'm not driving and I can drink some. But it's going to be 100.
Oh and SD has tonsil stones. She e's checked for swollen lymph node and had a ct scan for it but looked clear. She'll have a tonsillectomy in August. We are all glad this is what it was and not more serious

lfig I can't imagine trying to get a 4 year old to sleep with a CPAP. Grown adults don't sleep well at first adjusting to those...a 4 year old? I hope the surgery solves your problems! cagoldi that's scary about your dad. I hope the tests give you the answers/reasons for what happened.

So inside but enough it can be noticed from the outside. (I don't but she does)

Hi! I'm currently on hold with the state. I didn't get paid last week like I was suppose to. My estimated wait time is 25 minutes. What sucks is it took me 35 minutes to get to the hold option. All other times attempted the hold queue was full.

I get tonsil stones occasionally when I’m sick but they eventually go away. I’ve popped one out with a qtip before and let me tell you how fun that was 🙄

I never had them until I was pregnant with H. So weird.

She's fine. She had some diarrhea yesterday a couple hours after she stopped vomiting. I guess if it happens again soon, I'll call the GI back. We're scheduled for a follow up in August. I"m supposed to drop her dose of miralax in half. Now I'm thinking maybe I should wait.

The hospital just called and Sierra’s surgery is scheduled for Aug 3. It will be in-patient because of her complex medical issues. Much sooner than I was expecting. But I’m happy it’s soon so we can hopefully see some improvements all around.

lfig glad they could get S in sooner! I have never heard of a tonsil stone. Is it just like other stones? Calcium deposits that cause lots of pain?

lfig glad they could get S in sooner! I have never heard of a tonsil stone. Is it just like other stones? Calcium deposits that cause lots of pain? I think for some people they can cause pain. Your tonsils aren't smooth and they have pockets & crevices. Bacteria can build up in them and cause tonsil stones. The stones aren't harmful and usually they don't require surgery unless they're extremely painful. They can cause bad breath though. DO NOT GOOGLE IMAGES OF TONSIL STONES! When I notice a bad taste in my mouth, I check my tonsil. I do what trtlcrzy said she does. I can just push on it with a qtip and get several small stones out. It's pretty disgusting. FTR y'all are the only ones that know I have them. Lol. www.healthline.com/health/dental-and-oral-health/tonsil-stones#removal

tgrimes, I get them too! Not super often, but every so often I notice my throat is sore and I look back there and there are a couple big ones. I do the qtip trick to get them out too. So gross, but it's so satisfying to get them out!
