I've been hungry, but nothing sounds good & I get full really quickly.
Also, right now my body is trying to fight off a cold or something and I'm just feeling nauseous, on the verge of puking, and just stuffed up. Blah.

I feel you, I have a cough that never quite goes away due to allergies or asthma or pregnancy rhinitis or something, and sometimes it feels like I'm gagging when I cough. Pregnancy is so glorious.

When your husband texts you that he went out for pizza with coworkers & asks if you want him to bring you something..

I eat and then 20-30 mins later it's like that meal never happened and I want/need all the food all over again.

I’m not motivated at work at all today... productivity is low.
I have days where I can barely eat anything and I’m full all day and days where I eat and then an hour later I am hungry again.

I am also on the stuffing my face boat. I just want to eat everything, especially bad things. I'm trying to eat more protein to stave off the feeling that I'm going to eat my own arm off, but it's only helping a little. I really should not be allowed to shop while hungry, my husband always goes "you spent how much??" I just tell my H that baby is making sure we're adjusting to what the new grocery budget will be for feeding two growing boys. The impulse/junk food buys have definitely gone up since being pregnant.

I am in the camp that I’m hungry one day non-stop and not hungry at all the next day. I guess I make up for my lack of eating on the good days though because i gained 10 pounds in a month. Yikes.

It really became clear how far along I am in this pregnancy when I had to make an appt with one of DS2’s Dr’s for 11/20. Like holy cow, I will have a newborn with me at that appt along with DS2 and DS1 most likely. I really hope either H or my mom (if she is still here with me) will be able to tag along!

The baby kicks or whatever is going on in there are making me nauseous. Is that a thing? It's weird.

I had to make a follow up appt for DS at the ENT and they're like first week of November work and I was like "SURE!" Then remembered my RCS would probably be scheduled for that week so I was like wait no I need the first week of October.

I need my kid to not use my bladder as a trampoline. It is legit the weirdest feeling ever. Staaaaaahp. No nausea. I just wanna pee my pants as my kid hurtles itself across my ute.

Seems to be my kid's favorite hobby, too, especially first thing in the morning. I get awakened nearly every morning with my bladder being treated like a soccer ball.

+1 for the assaulted bladder and occasional nausea from movement.
I’m so excited today! B peed in the potty for the first time, and has done so 3/4 times I’ve sat him on there! I know I shouldn’t expect this to be flawless, but I’m so excited.. and slightly anxious about keeping good momentum so this sticks. Like, what if we have to leave the house? Lol

It's such a pain in the ass when we leave the house! We usually make him try right before we leave the house, then I remind him that he's in underwear and cannot pee/poop in them, then we go when we get to our destination and before we leave, I again remind him he's wearing underwear before getting back in the car, and then once we get home I make him go. My DS has been in underwear full time for a few weeks now though so it's getting easier in that I can trust him to tell me more when he actually has to go.

Lol We're attempting potty boot camp in a couple of weeks for DD (she's 2 yrs 8 months) because I feel like she is ready, but she has yet to pee in the potty. I figure if it doesn't work now, then we'll just wait to try again after the baby is born. I'm both excited and hopefully (only one in diapers at a time would be awesome) and dreading it because we go out a lot and public restrooms sound like a nightmare with a potty-trained toddler.

We potty trained DS a few months ago now, and leaving the house is definitely the hardest part. We did the potty boot-camp where we stayed home a long weekend, and he took to it pretty well... I honestly think we got pretty lucky. But I also bought something similar to this: www.amazon.com/dp/B071YF2F22/ref=twister_B07F646953?_encoding=UTF8&th=1He was otherwise pretty intimidated by public restrooms, but his "special seat" really helped him get over it, so I highly recommend it. A few months in, and now he's all "I'm a big boy, I don't need a seat!" and he just hangs on so he doesn't fall in. So it's a giant pain at first, but now he's used to it, and it's really not.

Which method did you use? Some friends recommended the 3 day Potty Training ebook by Lora Jensen, but I've heard there's the Oh Crap method, too? I have no idea how they are different.

Also yesterday he pooped on the patio on purpose.

Yes Dramaphile idk what is worse— diapers or having to take them in public restrooms where they wanna touch everything and are falling in the toilet half the time.

Ha, we just started potty training too, this Sunday! Did our first big outing today and he was a champ, went in the "big potty" in the library.
We are doing "Oh Crap" just because that's what everyone in our playgroup is doing and frankly it's nice to be one of the crowd on this, it's a very supportive group.
I basically recommend it. I have a couple eye rolls for stuff the author says (like moralizing on parents for getting cabin fever after being stuck in the house for a few days, easy to say if you aren't living the tiny condo life with no yard) but the actual method is just plain working for us. No real accidents after the second morning, and even then it was a bit of pee on the way to the potty. Fingers crossed it keeps going well.
DS is 2 years one month. I don't mind diapers and would keep him in them forever if I could--but since I can't, I'm biting the bullet now rather than after baby.

*snip* When he first potty trained we rarely had accidents. Also yesterday he pooped on the patio on purpose. Ah, toddlers. Always charming. I knew a little girl who weaponized pants pooping--hopefully DS never gets that creative.

DD was PTed around 2 years 8 months. Daycare was helpful in that they have built in potty breaks and all kids from age 2 must sit, no matter if they go. At home we kept a Minnie Mouse potty in our living room so she could sit whenever and for however long. If she ended up going, we acted like we won the lottery. So much cheering! One day, if just clicked and she was PTed. We tried to be super chill about it and didn’t attempt any programs or books. Pee on our couch or right in front of the potty did happen. But... 🤷🏻♀️
When it came to leaving the house, she had one incident at CVS. She had to waddle around like a penguin. She quickly learned that that majorly sucked and we’ve never had an incident outside of the house again.
For bed and nap time, we cut back on milk. She still likes milk at lunch and before bed (360 cup or regular drinking cup). We cut that down to half a cup and she’s dry no problem.
My child is a little OCD about being clean and following rules (baby nerd). So I feel like we majorly lucked out in that PT was painless. She also reacted well to pretty undies. “We don’t pee on Cinderella!” We sure don’t 😂
ETA: Skittles also helped. One for pee, two for poop, three for both.

Which method did you use? Some friends recommended the 3 day Potty Training ebook by Lora Jensen, but I've heard there's the Oh Crap method, too? I have no idea how they are different. We loosely did the Lora Jensen method. I should caveat this by saying my kid went through a spell of just having the worst diaper rashes you've ever seen - we tried every cream, switching wipes, diapers, wound up at a dermatologist, and basically ended up at "it'll get better when he potty trains." So since he wasn't ready at the time, we basically let him run around naked waist-down a lot of times when he was home - encouraging potty, since he understood the concept, but at least we were able to prevent a lot of accidents that way. This was probably right after he turned 2,and we were able to keep the rash at bay between diaper-free time a bit every day, prescription cream, and new diapers. Finally, he seemed more and more ready by this spring, a few months shy of 3 years. So since we had the whole rash saga, we still had going to the potty as a part of his nap/bed routine, and he knew the concept, and was encouraged to use it, he just didn't want to. So we basically told him that at x date, we were saying bye-bye to diapers, and he was going to wear undies. And he also got the Paw Patrol Sea Patroller as a "big boy" toy as part of the deal. He went with it, and was able to do really well just switching to undies, but I'm not sure if all the diaper free time that had come before helped, which I think that's part of the "Oh Crap" method, though I never really read that, since my friends raved about the Lora Jensen one. Also, she insists that you have to night train AND day train at the same time. This was in the middle of us doing our FET/the first hellish part of first tri, and I said a big "no thank you" to waking to take a toddler that otherwise slept through the night to the bathroom or changing wet sheets. It didn't matter for my DS, he still wears pull-ups to bed, even though he wakes up dry most mornings, I'm in no hurry to mess up our nights - I'm trying to sleep while I can. He's been totally ok with the concept of in the day he uses the potty/at night he wears pull-ups.

We didn’t have an issue with daytime pee training because 1. Daycare and 2. My kid has always been one to only go a couple of times a day. He didn’t really have to learn to “hold it”.
Poop on the other hand... he doesn’t go in his underwear, he just waits until he is wearing a pull-up for bed. Every morning- “Mom, there’s something in my pull-up. It’s poop”.
