Good morning! Today is our 12 year anniversary. We have dinner reservations and my sister is watching the kids. I bought myself a new dress to wear. DD has a birthday party for a friend this afternoon. Tomorrow DS1 has a birthday party and we have a bbq for friends that moved last summer and will be back visiting for the first time. It’s going to be super hot this weekend.

Happy Anniversary kim22! Enjoy your night out:) (are the visiting friends the ones who moved to FL? It yes, how do they like it? It's so funny, I'm still in a couple FB groups for our old 'hood, and there are SO many people moving down from up your way. They all seem to love it, but they consistently bemoan the lack of "real" bagels and pizza  ) |

I must have had my wrist turned funny last night when I was sleeping because I woke up and it was pretty sore. I thought it would be better by now but it still hurts  Of course it’s my right wrist too. |

Good to know I'm with it. Pandora will stay. Summer hits of the 90s is great (for my fellow olds -- lots of rhcp and Alanis)

I have such a first world problem right now: I just put C up for a nap, MH took J into the office to hang out and I'm FREE, but my car is trapped by the tree cutting guys so I'm stuck in the house and I don't want to be!

I just yesterday found an authentic Italian deli to get the goods. My fridge and pantry feel much happier to be stuffed with olives, good parm, and taralli. |

Sorry for the pukers, that's no fun! Currently laying in bed with a snotty cat who keeps trying to rub my face with hers. No thanks, I don't need a snot mask. But, at least she's purring, between sneezing and hacking. Poor kitten. We have gymnastics and swim this morning, then mh and I are going to go see Hereditary. We got to the Cape and 8:30 and hung out a while. By 11:30 Cs yelling at us “will you guys just goooo!!” We took our cue and went. Just had a delicious Cape lunch of clam cakes and chowder and now we are headed back home for naps. nam2013 New England you say! Definitely let us know. I’ll drive anywhere😺 |
