Weeks pregnant: 6w0d
Baby is the size of a: Maine Blueberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Finding out.
Appointments: First pre-natal July 9th, first Ultrasound July 10th. I'll be 8+1...still freaking out about this though.
Symptoms: Nausea, fatigue, sore boobs and food aversions.
Milestones: None yet. FX the ultrasound will go well. That will give me one:)
Rants/Raves/Vents: SO and I keep fighting about the stupid house. The only thing we ever fight about are houses and construction. Ever. In 17 years. Gah! I hope he decides to just finish what we started. If so we should be in before Xmas. If not...well...then back to square one. I'm just frustrated.

Weeks pregnant: 4+5
Baby is the size of a: sesame seed (almost!)
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM
Team: Finding out (and keeping it a secret...)
Appointments: Beta this morning, first U/S will be this week
Symptoms: Nausea that comes and goes, some cravings/aversions, vomited once!, utter exhaustion that comes and goes, bloat that makes me look pg (not sure whether to be excited or embarrassed about that)
Milestones: Great 2nd beta!
Rants/Raves/Vents: DH is the sweetest. He's nesting. Which means yard and garage (he's still a man, guys!). And he's experiencing symptoms with me, particularly weepiness/emotion watching shows...we had to turn off a movie because the underfed dog upset him so much. This is not typical for him, at all. It's adorbs!

sammysam Ugh, sending peaceful thoughts to you guys as you figure out the house thing! Ever watch Grand Designs on Netflix? I feel like I can imagine the stress you guys are under. cch Question, since you have done this before, do you happen to know a heartbeat should be expected on u/s? I just spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out on the internets but everything was really contradictory. Thank you!! notagoddess Oh my goodness, time is truly almost at a standstill! Just realize I've only known about this pregnancy for 8 days, but it feels like forever. Still, I am trying so hard to live in each moment and not just fret and feel impatient from one bloodtest/scan to the next! redhead610 Beautiful bump! I hope your nausea goes away, you've certainly earned it by now, right??

I went at 6w1 and only saw a yolk sac and therefore had a minor (ok major) freak out that we didn't have a HB. It can usually only begin to be detected around 6w even. We saw a strong one at 7w1d follow up u/s. I hope my nausea goes away soon. I'm waiting until I don't feel sick at all on diclegis before I begin to taper down the dose.

+1 to this being the earliest I've ever known about a pregnancy. I've known for almost 3 weeks how and I'm only 6 weeks along. Longest first tri ever! sunshiney Agreeing with what redhead610 said above...heart could start beating just before 6 weeks but it won't always be visible on an ultrasound that early. I wouldn't worry too much. When are you scheduled for your first us?

Weeks pregnant: 10!
Baby is the size of a: kumquat? Or a Strawberry
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: TTM
Team: green
Appointments: July 5
Symptoms: I’m actually feeling pretty normal right now which is a little weird . A few days ago I was still nauseous so maybe I’m just too distracted by being at the beach?
Milestones: baby’s first beach trip! I swear I’m pregnant every time i come to this beach. (The last 3 times)
Rants/Raves/Vents: I’m missing alcohol a lot since being on vacation.
I’ll have to get a pic later when my boys wake up from their naps.

k Because of his profession he feels the house has to be perfect. And he's a hard core perfectionist. For me it doesn't have to be perfect it just has to be done. We can sell it in a few years if he's not happy with it. But he just won't commit to a course of action and it's driving me insane. Because of all the problems we're encountering (it's an old house that we're redoing...a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home that has a pretty complicated design) he's on this big "we should never have bought it" kick and wants me to take the blame for us buying the house in the first place. It was the first house we both agreed on in like 10+ years of looking, on a very desirable street, and we got it for basically the cost of the lot. So yeah. I thought it was a good purchase. He thinks now if we try to sell it as is we're going to lose money. But with the hours he has to work he doesn't have the time needed to spend on the house so he's super stressed. I think we're going to finish it and live in it at least for a while...but I can see this being a bone of contention in years to come.

Weeks pregnant: 12+2
Baby is the size of a: plum
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM
Team: Blue!
Appointments: July 5th, no scan though
Symptoms: not much anymore.
Milestones: I'm almost to second tri! I can't believe I'm about a week away. I just didn't believe it would happen after our loss.
Rants/Raves/Vents: Why don't I have a cute bump like everyone else at 12 weeks!? My neighbors bump is adorable and she is only 3 weeks ahead, she had one at 12. I just look chubby. It's kind of a bummer. I'm definitely in that awkward "is she pregnant or did she gain weight?" stage. Not cool baby.

Foxy with my first I didn't start showing until around 20 weeks...but a few weeks afterrible that it looked like I stuffed a bowling ball down my shirt. I think it takes longer to show with your first. Don't worry. Pretty soon you won't be able to see your toes or shave in the shower:)

Bonus points for bloat, blump, bump pics:) Weeks pregnant: 7w5d Baby is the size of a: blueberry FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM Team: Finding out! I think it's a girl...no real reason why lol Appointments: I had my first appointment last Wednesday Symptoms: ALL of them. Feeling sick nonstop, sore boobs, acne like a teenager, and ohh the bloating...almost forgot the constant exhaustion Milestones: We saw baby's heartbeat last week! Rants/Raves/Vents: I feel like I have no right to complain because I know a lot of you are much sicker than I am and I haven't thrown up yet, but man I feel like it all day long. Finding anything to eat that doesn't make it worse is really tough. I have a really busy week at work this week too with probably a lot of overtime expected and I can hardly face it. I'm trying the B6 and Unisom combo and it might help a little, but it's still pretty awful and it makes the exhaustion even worse. And yet I want to feel this way for at least a couple more weeks or I will be worrying like crazy something is wrong with the baby. The first trimester is rough. And I already got a bill I don't understand from my OB for over 1700 dollars after I paid 300 for our ultrasound. Thanks for letting me rant! I am VERY grateful to still be here and so happy I got to see baby's little heartbeat! <3

My husband hasn't said a word when I've wanted fast food and ice cream. It wouldn't go over well if he did. I never eat fast food and junk food, but I'm seriously struggling. If chicken mcnuggets are what I can get down, then chicken mcnuggets are what I'm having lol

FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Must know

Symptoms: So much cramping. Not crazy painful, but definitely noticeable. I’ve read it's normal, so ok. A little queasy, but not terrible. Breaking out, some breast tenderness.

Rants/Raves/Vents: Riding home from vacation. We had an awesome time at the beach, a lot of great family time, and I read my book. Sad it’s over, but excited to get home.
