Just got the girls dressed and are waiting for DH to be back with coffee and our babysitter to get here. This is our last weekend to declutter our house before listing it. I’m not looking forward to this at all

Morning!
Since H went out last night I’m getting a pedicure and grabbing a small grocery to go order. We will probably do something fun after nap time.
This is one of the first full weekends we all have off since my maternity leave. The weather doesn’t look great, but oh well. Tomorrow my IL’s are supposed to watch the girls and we are going to see Jurassic World.

H was up every 2 hours last night. I’m oretty sure that was the worst night sleep she’s had in her 5 Little months of her life. I’m battling a cold on top of it. It’s supposed to be kinda cold and rainy today, so that’ll make things fun with entertaining the toddler. MH is working today, then tonight we have to go into the city for my BILs 40th bday. Then tomorrow we have to go back into the city for a co-ed baby shower for MHs cousin.
I’m currently rocking H while she naps on me. She couldn’t settle in her crib. Something is clearly bothering her because I’ve never had to rock her before for her to sleep. I bet it’s her other front tooth coming in. Uuuugh

J still hasn’t rolled over (either direction). Has any other LOs not rolled yet? The only reason DS2 has rolled is bc he hates tummy time. DS1 was a potato and barely moved until 7-8 months, I actually quite enjoyed not have a mobile baby. What I did to help him figure it out was put him on his side and let him roll which ever way came naturally and then he figured it out on his own. He still prefers to be on his back. |

In the middle of a million different obligations this weekend. Baby is not cooperating with when we are supposed to be places. I want to be shitty and just bail but I can’t and that will make me feel really bad.
I need to re pack the diaper bag at night. It stresses me out thinking about the things I need to add before our next event but it’s really only diapers a toy or two and my wrap.

Good morning!
I had an awful night of sleep. My insomnia is awful. MH thankfully let me take a nap this morning. Now I am showered and he went to get us panera.
We have no plans today. I wanted to go and walk on the beach with G but it’s gloomy and wet outside. Now I have no idea what to do later.
Tonight MH has D&D which means I get some alone time.

Good morning!
I bought some French toast English muffins that were bomb! I am going to start letting L have his arm that he insists on being out. Then hopefully I’ll have him in a sleep sack in A few weeks to begin teaching this kid that sleep is great! I seriously cannot wait to move! There is long list of reasons but I really hope that I won’t see I difference in my bum from not having a 3 flights of stairs (I def not going to miss vacuuming them)! Lol I also can’t wait to have the glider in the same room as L’s crib, it’s killing my back to fake rock and nurse on the bed.

Hello! It is finally gorgeous here. DH is at work so I took the girls to the park this morning. Once he gets home we are hoping to head downtown to our city's art festival. Dragging 3 kids around is more commonplace now and not something scary I avoid like it was for the first few months of DD3's life 🤣

We didn't have plans, but my sister came over for me to help her with decorations for Vacation Bible School. Four hours later they left. Did I mention she brought her 3 kids that destroyed the house and woke up the baby?

J still hasn’t rolled over (either direction). Has any other LOs not rolled yet? she rolled once at 3m which I’m chalking up to be a fluke. She has made zero attempt since then and she’ll be 5m tomorrow. She’s close going either way, especially now that she’s found her toes. |

I’m trying to decide if I want to go to the Pride parade tomorrow. The Toronto parade is huge and should be a good time (my brother and his husband will be there too), but will it just be a disaster with a 5 month old? The hard decisions in life lol

Baby is headed up to bed with MH. G is watching her show for another 15 minutes or so. Then MH will start his D&D game and I will relax with tv and/or cross stitch.

We are at a vacation resort with my family for a week!! Been at the pool all day every day, DD is taking awesome naps be exhausted and I get to enjoy the sun while my mom snuggles DS 😍

We had swim, a birthday party and graduation party yesterday. dS2 must have been exhausted because he slept until 6 nursed snf went back to bed until 9.
We’re getting out the high chair and exersaucer today and maybe setting up my desk space.

Day 2 of decluttering the house and I see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Yesterday after the babysitter left we went to an early dinner and an outdoor event but we had to leave early because DD1 was awful. She didn’t nap so I know that was the issue. On the way home she was whining/crying and I told her she needed to go to bed early because she was so grumpy and her response while still crying was “I not grumpy I happy.” I had a hard time not laughing. Needless to say she went to bed at 6 last night instead of her normal 8 and slept until 7:30. I wish the baby was that good. She had one less bottle with the babysitter than normal so she had to make up for it I guess and eat at 12, 3 and 7 when she woke up.

Our little one is SO interested in our food. We give him his veggie puree and he's staring us down like "uhhhh that's not what you're having" so today he had a couple small nibbles of scrambled egg. We didn't do baby BLW with our first but maybe this one wants to skip baby food.

We’ve done naps in the zipadee zip in the rock n play for the last four days. The last two days have been great. So I’m going for night time sleep. I’m scared. 😬😬😬
