How are we doing this week? You guys, not me. I'm sucking. Saw this cnn article and thought it appropriate for some of us. www.cnn.com/2017/06/09/health/sugar-detox-food-drayer/index.htmlOn a side note, I made a better lunch for this week. A quinoa with corn, black beans and green onions. It should have been paired with my new norm of turkey, but mh couldn't "find" it at the grocery store and bought chicken lunchmeat....not the same, dude. Oh well, at least the quinoa is good.

We had a work breakfast today and someone make these wonderful breakfast calzones. I had a tiny slice but I wished I was still being a fat ass and could house that bitch. #carbaddict
No exercise today. No time at work and it's balls hot here. I'll hit the gym tomorrow.

I ate all the food and drank all the booze over the weekend up north, so I'm getting back on track! My goal is to go to boot camp 6 days and stick to my diet.

If H could get his ass up earlier and pick up his own coffee on his way to work I would do better! Half my lunch is spent bringing him coffee.
But I did pack my lunch today and have already finished 2 bottles of water... progress I guess.

vino Thats how a feel since finishing BBM. I even bought a yoga mat in hopes that would encourage me to start the pilates series I want to do. Nope. Still sitting in the plastic.. I got soup and salad. So not awful.

vino, that's me. I'm so happy I found my boot camp classes. They're 30 minutes and perfectly timed to go on my way home. They're super hard, but the instructors make them fun so I enjoy them and feel good after. If they were longer I'd have a hard time committing.

When I was younger I loved working out, and 'feeling the burn' aka..can't sit down the toilet seat, but nowadays if I get spare time I just really dont have the energy. I'm hoping that as the kids get older we can do stuff together but for now I just can't.
Too bad, cause my mid section could use more than one pilates class. Maybe I'll sign up for something in the fall and go every Saturday morning or something, get out of the house and leave MH to herd the kids.

I did reasonably well last week. Considering I had cake every single day the two weeks before that. I cheated twice, one time with a mini magnum and one time with chocolate. I'm trying to stay away from fatty foods, but I'm not eliminating. I also cycled a lot. Around 10 miles Sunday alone, on the big bike, with the kids and beach gear in it.

I can tell a difference in my strength and endurance. My arms are more defined and I can actually feel muscle there. My butt changed shape, bigger, but it's muscle and not so jiggly. I didn't lose weight or inches, things just shifted around. So I lost inches in my stomach but gained in my butt. But I would do another one. I think I'll stick to her shorter series. I'm actually thinking of buying her 7 day shred program. I didn't follow a meal plan at all or really try to rein that in to be better. I think if I had, I would have saw more results like kim22. But I just wasn't there mentally yet. Now I think I am. I'm going to make myself some real goals for my eating habits and slowly work back in working out.

They have a surplus of energy that I do not.. I drank an appalling amount this weekend. I'm back on the wagon today. kim22, trtlcrzy I bought BBM Surge thing. I haven't looked at the videos yet but I'm going through the meal plan and it just isn't going to work for me. To much meat. I'm trying to rework it but hopefully the workouts are good. I'm okay with passing along my log in if you want to try it before you buy? kim22, obviously post baby lol. This is an aggressive work out but I want results so I look great in the dress I bought for our anniversary trip. And the bikini I just order lol.
