The smell of mine made me throw up this morning. I'm taking Jamieson +DHA...but the smell of the fish oil is killing me. What are you guys using? I think I need to switch.

I’ve been taking target brand with DHA but they make me throw up too. After I threw it up last night I took one of the kids Flinstones 😝.

I’ve been taking the Whole Foods 365 Vegetarian Prenatal Multi with Iron. I’m sure there’s no fish oil, but they are big and stinky (iron smell). Last pregnancy I only took gummy prenatals.

I’m going to talk to my doctor but I’ve been taking a gummy version. I have serious issues with large smelly pills already lol

Like @amc I take Rainbow Light. They smell a tiny bit but they don’t bother my stomach at all and are not constipating.

Thanks guys. I'm going to head to the store after work and see what they carry and hopefully I can find some of the brands you're talking about!

I use the target brand with no Dha. I do not eat fish and there is no way I am taking fish oil. My dr said theres no real evidence that dha does anything, so I'll stick with these since they don't currently make me sick.

I'm glad your doctor doesn't see a benifit. I just don't think I can handle the smell or taste:P I'm going to pick up some regular non DHA stuff this afternoon.

So aparently we have virtually no choice of prenatals here. There were 2 brands at the store. One is the one I have and the other is Centrum. I got the same brand I have now but without the DHA. I'll see if I can handle the DHA again in a few months time:/

They were recommended on some site I looked up and they were the cheapest ones on the list, so they went in my Amazon cart. I'm also taking a gymmy Calcium supplement.

I use Rainbow Light from Amazon. They taste metallic but if I swallow them fast and just right I can avoid the taste. No DHA.
