Hasn't he done this numerous times? Publicly? No I don't think so? He vented his frustration that he recused himself in the first place I thought and that he didn't agree with the decision.
Either way, asking him to reverse the decision, and take back over, is pretty fucked up. And another case for obstruction.
How much of his personal backbone/worth/pride/ethics/whatever has he given up. Its been a year and all his boss has done at every single turn is degrade and debase him. I'm not feeling sorry for him because he made his bed but its almost like he enjoys the abuse hurled at him, is it so history will look at him and say oh poor beleaguered Sessions? I dont understand staying in a job where this happens. (I mean in this case its so he can continue to employ all his racist ideas but still)

Yeah, I think this is right. Trump made it no secret that he hated that Sessions recused but I think this is the first we're learning that he actually asked Sessions to un-recuse himself. Not that I'm shocked. Add it to the list.

Also, I'm really pissed about the Arkansas abortion thing. Medical abortion is the safest, "easiest" (no abortion is easy, I know) way - I feel like the surgical option only is going to deter a lot of women from going through with it (exactly what the Arkansas lawmakers want). They suck.

Lololol the MAGAtrites think they're going to avenge Roseanne by getting Bill Maher fired. 1. No. 2. Bill Maher's comment about Trump wasn't good comedy, but it also wasn't racist. 3. Go ahead. Fire Bill Maher. I sincerely doubt it will provoke the coveted liberal tears. I missed this particular Maher comment - what happened? Also LOL that's not how this works. Edit: NM, I used the google.

He has made it a point throughout his political career to enact racist legislation turn after turn. I don't feel sorry for him and yeah, the only reason he hasn't stepped down is so that he still has that power.
I hate them both, hard.

Arkady Babchenko is not dead. It was a sting to catch the people who ordered the hit:

Also crazy about this is that the WaPo is reporting these are documents only from his phones. Now every text is a separate "file", but still, as someone experienced in this field, that is a shit ton of docs to collect from phones. Even if we assume this includes all those burner phones he had.

The maker of Ambien is hitting back.
People of all races, religions and nationalities work at Sanofi every day to improve the lives of people around the world. While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication.

I've been reading the selection series (completely garbage, but I've read almost 5 books in a week) and it is a bit like hunger games meets the bachelor. They live in a monarchy and have a caste system, which is deeply unpopular (this is like living in the US, which is a new country, post WW4- amazingly, the last WW started because the US failed to pay back debt to China as the US had become complacent). The castes are abolished and a generation later the youths are unhappy because they don't remember how bad it was before, but they don't feel like they are getting all of the opportunities they should be- not enough upward mobility. It's been thought provoking in the context of recent history. It makes me laugh/sad that even a book at this level can have this much insight.

tbh I'd happily tape together mess from a shredder if it would bring justice to Donald Trump.
Like....from several shredders.

On the one hand I love puzzles and would have died to be on that team. On the other, that is way more pressure than just doing a puzzle at home on a rainy day lol

PSA guys, the FBI has issued specific guidance regarding the Fancy Bear hacks. You should all go unplug and replug your routers and consider changing the password on your router. And maybe make sure that your employers do the same.
