I saw a photo of myself from the weekend - ehh.
I am frustrated with myself - I have been very lax with eating healthy and working out. I know it isn't realistic for me to eat healthy all the time but I need to cut back on my non-healthy eating. I also need to get back in a routine of going to the gym.

I’m the same with pictures. I think I look better then I see a picture and it’s horrific!
My eating is good but I now need the exercise component to keep things moving. I have 10-12 pounds to go. My kids have been very sick for two weeks and I haven’t been able to leave the house to work out.

Ugh, yes to the pictures. I was in a swimsuit a bunch last weekend and did not appreciate my reflection in the windows.
I seem to be stuck in a plateau. I have 9 lbs to go to reach pre-preg weight, however a month ago I had 10 lbs to go. So I've barely made progress in almost 4 weeks which is discouraging since I have still been trying hard. =-/

I've lost 9.5 lbs since I started WW a little over a month ago. But I still have a long way to go. 12 more lbs to when I got pregnant with DD2 and another 20 after that. I haven't incorporated exercise yet so I hope that will speed this along a little more.

I am at the counseling office now. I have been not good mentally, and have been drowning my feelings in food and beer so things are not going too well physically either. Hoping this is a step in the right direction.

I'm hanging in there. I was traveling and let both diet and exercise go. But home now. I am down 8 lbs and have 4 more to pp weight. I would like to lose 5-10 lbs beyond that. Or stay the same weight and turn some fat into muscle.

(sorry - dietbet newbie!) I did a 6 month transformer bet. So your goal is to lose 10% of your starting weight in 6 months. They break the goal up each month and you do monthly weigh-ins.

I took a step back from a regular exercise routine awhile ago. I thought I’d be able to do it all but alas..I’m not there yet mentally lol. I did struggle with some health anxiety over the last month and a half and it kind of took over for a bit, and am feeling much better but have been talking to my doctor about it recently too. But I did a lot of comfort eating in that time so I’m starting to work on scaling back there.
