DH took the day off for a funeral so we are letting the boys sleep in before daycare. I'm up pumping while everyone else sleeps. I'm sad H's uncle passed away but excited for lunch date with H because we're barely get to spend time together.

well H has popped her first tooth!! I can’t believe it. Shes not even 4 months old yet! And She’s been such an angel considering that tooth was coming! DD1 was awful when teeth were about to pop so I wasn’t expecting to find a tooth when she grabbed my finger and bit it 😳 DD1 also had 4 teeth shortly after turning 4months old, as did MH and i... so I’m sure the others aren’t too far behind.

MH and I also took advantage of going out to a wake last night, and we grabbed some dinner at our favorite sushi bar right down the street from where we were. Pretty sad that people have to pass away in order to fit in date nights! Haha |

amesie right? This uncle was 98 so really it wasn't a surprise or tragic so I don't feel bad making a side date out of it.

Good morning!
We are hanging out at home today. We have no plans and it’s gross out so we will stay in.
I have a busy few days coming up. I am going to work tomorrow morning, dropping my at off at the mechanics, my little brother is coming over and we are going out for dinner.
Then Monday G has a speech evaluation, then I have a concert and I am staying over to Tuesday. Then Tuesday night my little brother is getting an award so I am going to tag. Wednesday G is having two more evaluations done. I am tired just thinking about it. I need coffee. 😛

This has been the longest week. My dad is having heart surgery on Monday so I am anxious about that which isn't helping me sleep.
This weekend is busy for us too. DD1 has gymnastics then a birthday party tomorrow. I want to try to go pick strawberries on Saturday since we couldn't go last weekend because of my allergies. Sunday DH and I are going to start organizing the house and moving a bunch of stuff into our storage unit. I am ready to get started on that because I feel like we have so much stuff and it's so overwhelming thinking about putting our house on the market in a month.

Morning! Baby slept well last night. Down at 9, dream feed at 10:30, up at 3, then fussed in bed at 5 but settled with a roll over and fresh boob lol. I know some of y’all have wayyyy better nights than that but for us it was good!
Last MOPS meeting of the year in a bit and then swimming at my best friend’s house after nap. With wine and snacks of course! Fun day!!!

amesie yay!! I think the first tooth here??! I hope N cuts here soon, she’s literally chewing on my other hand right now and it’s all she wants to do all day every day lol  sarahh gl to your dad! jessijean sorry for your loss. Glad you and your H will get some time together!

Morning!
I hope I can get around to planting our garden today. We are taking off tomorrow for the long weekend so it will be awhile before I can try again.
Which leads to my other task which will be packing us all. We’re heading up to ILs cabin which will be nice for a lake weekend. They just bought it in late fall so we haven’t even had a chance to go yet.

It’s sunny today but supposed to be miserable all weekend which I’m bummed about. Ds2 was hungry all night since he didn’t eat at daycare. We have to get ready tonight to go to a baby shower that’s 4 hours away tomorrow.

Hi! We were supposed to go to an event at a lake today that is hosted by my moms group but DS has a cold. The baby is also going through the 3rd leap and this is the first time I’ve really noticed a difference in her. She’s really fussy and wanting to eat a ton. But she did sleep really well last night. So I’m stuck at home with a sick preschooler and a fussy baby. My mom is here this morning but is leaving soon. DH is working tomorrow, so another day by myself with the kids. DS was supposed to go to his first friend birthday party on Sunday but it’s not looking good. And the weather is supposed to be rainy all weekend. Blah

Faith went down "early" at 8:30 without a peep. I did a dream feed at 11:00 before I went to bed but she didn't really eat much, more comfort sucked. She woke up at 3:15 and I nursed her for a few minutes on each side then gave her a 3 oz bottle that she drained (hadn't been giving her bottles in awhile as she seemed full after nursing). I put her back to bed and she played and cooed for awhile, then fussed a few times that required me getting back up to put in a paci and eventually re-swaddle her. But after being up for almost an hour she slept through until almost 7:30. This was a HUGE improvement over the past several weeks. I want it to be the start of a new normal, but I'm not holding my breath.
Work is busy, DH is having a "play date" this afternoon with our youngest nephew (5) to watch the latest Star Wars movie together then my sister is going to watch Faith while we go out to have a celebratory dinner for DH's new job. We aren't going crazy with the prices but going to a slightly nicer place than we normally would.
No plans for the weekend. I would kind of like to get a few bigger projects done around the house before DH goes back to work (install wall shelves in the garage, organize garage, power wash the porch and sidewalk) but I also don't want to try to do too much.

Uhhh just kidding. She now has 2 teeth on the bottom 😱😳 I swear that other one wasn’t there this morning when I discovered the first one. Weird.

amesie whoa teeth!!! My girls were always chewing on stuff by like 3.5 months, but never cut a tooth until like 8 months.

You can see DS2’s tooth trying to poke through but it’s n ungovernabley slow. Boy is a drooly mess.

Her first day was supposed to be Tuesday but she texted me at 3 in the morning saying she was sick...so not off to a good start but I'm hoping it was just terrible timing and not a bad sign. We only have her scheduled for Tuesdays and we have a mix of my mom, my sister, and then work from home days the other days so we will try again Tuesday and see how it goes! Does anyone know where I can stream coverage of the wedding? We only have Netflix, Prime and Hulu. Oh I guess I can log into the Dish app using my parent's login but that's last resort.
