Folks in the US, this is a great way to pick up K beauty products inexpensively. Some of them have short expiration dates, but great prices on the sheet masks, and I go through those quickly. I can recommend the yadah ones- and those are 5 masks for $4. They’re a very thick, good quality gel. www.mishibox.com/collections/clearance

Good purchase! I love love love the first care activating serum - I use it morning and night every day! The balancing emulsion and ginseng renewal cream are also wonderful. I have the eye cream samples on my wish list to check out. Let me know if you like the eye stuff...I'm searching for a good one.

Taitai, I liked the eye cream. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but it tingles when I put it on, so it feels stimulating. My friend likes the whamisa- they have it at Costco right now- and the Klairs a lot. I ordered 38 sheet masks today from the clearance section at Mishi. I love the yadah ones. I buy those regularly, and that’s a phenomenal price on them. So, the first care serum- are you using that instead of toner? I looked up how to use the sulwhasoo products online, and it said that should be the first thing on your face after cleansing, but it feels weird not to use toner. Also, my SIL said that my skin looks good, very hydrated. It was nice to hear.

Also, my SIL said that my skin looks good, very hydrated. It was nice to hear. What a nice compliment from your SIL! It's nice to get those kinds of comments - I used to never hear anything about my skin, but when I started taking care of it a few years ago, people started to mention it. Especially my family who don't really see me in person all that often. I guess the difference was noticeable enough for them. In terms of the first care activating serum, would use it before a hydrating toner. In my current routine, I actually don't use a hydrating toner, so I use it in the following order: Pm: double cleanse, Mizon ph adjusting toner, active (vit C), first care activating serum, rest of routine. Am: cleanse in shower, first care activating serum as soon as I get out of shower, rest of routine. Thanks for letting me know about the eye cream! I think I'm going to order a sample set from Amazon and give it a whirl. So much cheaper that way then getting a full size. I have the whasima eye cream on my wish list, as well as the innisfree orchid eye cream. I might give Klairs a try if none of the above work out. My sister has a Costco membership, so I'm going to ask her to pick up the whasima for me, so I can get it from her during our next visit to the states. Thanks for the tip! I am going to add the Yadah masks to my wish list. I have a million Naruko masks to use up right now, so I'm on a sheet mask spending moratorium. 😅😭 ETA - that is an amazing price you got for Yadah BTW. Arghhh....so tempting! Gunna stay strong though.

Taitai, FYI on the whamisa eye cream, it’s only available online. NBD, though, Costco does free shipping. And my skin honestly looks better since I have been taking better care of it, but it’s always nice when other people notice. My SIL is micro needling and if I ever come into money, I am going to do that, too. And I hear you on the spending moratorium. I should do that, for sure. It’s always just this last thing.... And the Naruko masks or one my short list, but the prices on the clearance ones were so good. Plus, now the sheet masks are my go to gifts for girlfriends, so I always think I need them for that.

I found Soko Glam's website on Buzzfeed and decided to give some of the products a try. I have sensitive skin with rosacea and its getting drier every day. This is what I'm trying right now: Banila Zero Purity for oil cleansing Etude House for foam cleansing I love these pads for exfoliating. I have the lemon but want to try the red wine and green tea versions. I'm also using the Laneige lip mask and sleep mask. I love the lip mask but I think I need to return the sleep mask. It actually makes my skin feel drier. I got a sample of this Watermelon one and loved it.

piperanne, I have the neogen red wine pads and like them a lot. I got some of their sunscreen as a Christmas gift but haven’t opened it. The friend that gave it to me said it is her favorite. I hope you like your new stuff. I love new products. I ordered a sleeping mask that should be here soon. I have actually never used one before.

I think I'll try the red wine when the lemon ones are used up. I'm super picky with sunscreens since my face is so damn sensitive. Let me know how you like it. I currently use one from Paula's Choice. I'm a product junkie. I love trying different brands.

The Laneige lip sleeping pack is nice, but I've found that aquaphor baby healing ointment is just as good - if not better - and. TON cheaper. You can get a massive jar on Amazon for the same price as the tiny laneige lip pack. If you are looking for a more moisturizing sleeping pack, I really like below: -Sulwhasoo overnight vitalizing mask ex - it's pricey, but my tube is only half empty and I've had it for over a year now. You could even get a sample 30ml size on Amazon, to try it out. The sample size would probably last for months. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002RD6BYC/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1517316484&sr=8-1&keywords=sulwhasoo+overnight+vitalizing+mask&dpPl=1&dpID=410c9MoiAJL&ref=plSrch-Too Cool For School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack www.amazon.com/Cool-School-Pumpkin-Sleeping-Ounce/dp/B01M73R64GAlso, I think Skin Full of Seoul reviewed the exfoliating pads you used (she had the green tea version). I was unsure of them based on her review, but now I'll put it on my list to check out. Did you notice any increase in redness after using them? My skin can be kind of sensitive to exfoliation. www.skinfullofseoul.com/neogen-green-tea-gauze-peeling-pads-review-hmmm/

thisbitch My dad came from the USA today with so many skincare goodies! OMG I just tried the entia cloud mask. So.Many.Bubbles! Like, it took me forever to wash it off, because it was so bubbly. It was really cool - I've never tried anything like it. After washing it off, I also saw it almost completely faded some melasma I had on my cheek bones as a result of my recent pregnancy. I was like - wait - where are the brownish red spots ? Super cool. Thanks for the suggestion! So sad I only have 5 left now ☹️

Taitai, you can order more masks to pick up when you’re back in the states! And I thought the Neogen pads were nice- they’re two sided, one for more gentle exfoliation and one for something more. My skin isn’t sensitive, though. piperanne, I am also a total product junkie. I love all the things, and I have so.much.stuff. It’s also my go to gift for friends, because I love it, because self care, and because no one I know needs one more thing to take up space in their house.

My whamisa mist came last night, and I think my banila oil cleanser may come today. Very excited, and hoping for the grits. Also, my massive order of sheet masks shipped. I need to get busy using all of this.

I have not noticed an increase in redness. My skin does feel soft though and it gives me the manual exfoliation I like when I feel my skin is just blah. I'm going to look into those sleeping packs, I'm positive the Laneige is not good for my skin. I woke up yesterday morning (after using it the night before) and my cheeks were dry and super red. I didn't use it last night and woke up to a normal complexion (for me). So that shit is going back.

I tried the Banila cleansing oil last night and still no grits. I wonder what I am doing wrong. My skin feels and looks good (good being relative to how it normally looks. I was not blessed with great skin.) But no grits.
I did the thing last night where you massage it in and let it sit, and I thought I saw grits, but I think it was really just the oil clinging to my face hairs.

I'm sad to say that the CosRX Snail Mucin is not good for my skin. It actually did the opposite that it was supposed to and made my skin drier and break out. Then I paid more attention to the ingredients and noticed alcohol is one of them. I need to pay more attention.
And I'm also mad at myself for taking so long to realize it because I can't return it now. Amazon has a 30 day return policy and yesterday was 31 days.

Maybe you could try to use it up on your neck? That's what I ended up doing with the hada labo gokujyun lotion that everyone loves (it gave me small bumps all over my face). For some reason it works on my neck though! 🤷♀️

Maybe your pores are pretty clean and you don't have many grits to get out? That's a good thing for sure! I find that if I go a while without wearing makeup, I don't really get grits as much. If I wear more makeup or sunscreen, then they come out more regularly. Just make sure in your quest for grits that you don't over massage! I did that and ended up having a burst capillary on my cheek that took forever to go away. I was so mad at myself for doing that.

Taitai, I have no idea about the cleanser. It was a freebie in my box. There were a couple of sheet masks, the cleanser, and five or so samples, plus a discount code for my next order. That was all from the Mishi box clearance, and I *only* spent $50.

thisbitch I love all the free samples when I order from Korean/Asian beauty shops. Jolse normally gives me a ton of interesting samples and a few sheet masks when I order my T'iam Vit C serum from them. That is a pretty generous sample of cleanser though! I am so tempted to put in a Mishi order to get those Yadah masks...but I have soooo many to go through still. The struggle is real. On top of that, the duty free at my airport is having a sale on Sulwhasoo and The History of Whoo for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Must.resist.

I go here now. For some reason I missed the tag from last week. I don't like the fine lines I'm starting to see in the mirror. I'm not a makeup person despite trying multiple times to be, so I really need to focus on skincare. thisbitch I saw the haul you posted in the drinking thread, how often do you do masks? For me that would have been a lifetime supply and maybe that's my problem.
