sunfrogger, sarahh, maddisonrose, kyzo, easternshoregirl, tiffrobot, kbw, dragonflyinn, yellow711, pinkcat, amesie, snowyowl, stephneLet me know if you don't want to be tagged, I tagged everyone who posted in the other thread. We will start Monday! So here is a check in with things to ponder over the weekend: 1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? 5. Questions or Comments for the group?

1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? I'm 3 months PP today. I have 10 lbs to lose to be back to prepregnancy weight, but I'd like to lose 20. I'm all fluffy in all the wrong places and my clothes don't fit right. We have two weddings in August so I certainly want to look better by then. 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? I think I'm going to try Beachbody on Demand. I like that there are so many workouts to chose from. I plan to mix and match PiYo and Yoga, maybe with a few others here or there. I would like to work out 5 days a week which I know will be a challenge for me. 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? I need a good sports bra so thats on my list. I'm also picking up a double jogging stroller next week. I don't think I need anything else for supplies. Ok - groceries - I'm thinking about getting some flavored seltzer and berries and hoping I can switch from my evening beer to an evening seltzer. I have issues with eating in the evenings and at naptime. So I need a plan for that. Right now I'm thinking string cheese and grapes? Maybe almonds to snack on? I think I will also try to paint my nails or hold the baby in the evenings so that my hands are not available. 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? I'm doing mom/baby yoga once a week while DD is at school. I'm also trying to walk to pick her up when I can. Its a three mile walk roundtrip, so hopefully I can squeeze that in a few times a week. But it will be a challenge for me to not skimp on my workouts because I'm walking to school. 5. Questions or Comments for the group? I would love suggestions on snacky foods for nap time and evening.

benandjerrys, not sure if you like sweet or salty, but I love popcorn or apples with pb. Also they sell these bars at target called Enlightened bars. They are amazing. The best is the hot chocolate one but the mint chip is also good. With WW they are only 3 pts. and I think only 90 calories but they are bigger than the normal diet dessert and are so tasty! 1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? 4mo pp tomorrow. I am still 20 lbs over pre-preg weight for DD2 and 35 over pre-preg weight for DD1. My goal is to lose minimum 20 lbs in the next 3 months then continue from there. We are going to start trying for a 3rd at the end of June/early July so I want to lose that weight at least before then. 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? I started weight watchers a little over a week ago and lost 3.3 lbs last week. So I am going to continue with that. Now I need to incorporate exercise. We joined a fancy gym last December but I have been like 3 times. Mom guilt is killing me after work. Now that the weather is nicer, I plan to do walks with the girls a few days a week then try to hit the gym on the weekend. Also after memorial day, we start our summer hours so we work half days on friday. I plan to go to the gym then as well. 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? I'm good on supplies I think. As for groceries, I need to continue to load up on fruit and try to come up with some more dinner options. Lately we've either been doing quinoa and black beans with pico or pasta, sauce and vegetarian meat crumbles. I know everyone is getting sick of that. 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? I need to make an effort to take the stairs more at work instead of always taking the elevator. And maybe doing a yoga video after work and have DD1 do it with me. 5. Questions or Comments for the group? Nothing at the moment!

sarahh , popcorn is a good idea because its relatively healthy and it takes a long time to eat. I have to get to target to try the Enlightened bars!

benandjerrys, haha I know. We thought we were done before having B in December but decided shortly after that we weren't. And I'll be 40 in a little over a year so we don't really have time to wait.

So excited for you sarahh! I would loooove to join you and TTC that soon, but DH is still on the fence about a 3rd and definitely said we have to wait awhile if we do. 1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? I'm almost 3 months PP. I have 11 lbs to lose to be at my pre-pregnancy weight which is a good weight for me. Wouldn't mind losing a few more by then. I'm doing a DietBet that ends in August, but I definitely want to hit the 11 lb goal before then. I would like to lose another 5 pounds by June. 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? I am a Pure Barre instructor, so I also workout there as much as I can. Since I need a babysitter for that, I'm trying to get to the other gym I work at for more cardio and other workouts. I'm subbing power yoga there tomorrow morning and will get to do the workout while I teach. 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? I don't think I need any supplies. I made healthy tortilla soup with lots of veggies in the crockpot on Monday and have been eating leftovers of that. I also got some Flat Out wraps for making turkey, hummus, and veggie wraps for lunch. 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? I've been trying to walk up and down our stairs more often than I normally would - for example, taking up clean laundry now rather than waiting until I need to go upstairs to get DS1 from his nap. DS1 is about to start hyperbaric oxygen treatments again to gear up for surgery #4, so I'm going to have a really really hard time working out since it's a 5 hour ordeal every weekday. I need to find ways to workout at the hospital while I have baby. I wouldn't be embarrassed by doing lunches in the hall while babywearing lol. 5. Questions or Comments for the group? Looking forward to getting summer ready with y'all!

1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when?
I'm 8w pp today.. I'm currently in at 165. I'd like to get back to my pre-ttc weight of 145. Ultimately, I want the mom pouch to go away!
2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner?
I'm not sure. Free? I'm doing my MBA so I want to use work lunch time on that (we have a gym on site). I'm interested in that Bikini Body Mommy, I've heard a lot of friends have success with that. Anything short. Maybe I can do it with Emma? Suggestions? And an accountability partner would help me a lot. Posting texting whatever we decide to do to keep each other in check will be super helpful for me.
We have the P90X already too but I think that's longer.
3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? 😊 ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week?
I should probably get weights but I'm going to raid MHs stuff to see what we already have!
As far as groceries I like to eat nuts. So I snack on pistachios, etc. I like to make my own trail mix so I might do that and make it project with E. I think I'll try to eat more eggs and bacon for breakfast instead of carby cereal. It's summer now so I'll probably eat a lot of salad for lunch.
4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks?
Now that it's nice out I'd like to be more active but it's hard with the two by myself as I'm sure you all well know. I'm not sure. Looking for ideas!
5. Questions or Comments for the group?
Are any of you tagging in a SO? I might tag in my SO to do it with me.
How do you plan to measure your success ?

145 is also my goal weight sunfrogger. Prepregnancy I was 155 and that was fine too. Now I am 165 like you (actually 167 at last weigh in). My H recently did a challenge (and won) at orange theory. So we are $500 richer (which basically covers the gym membership). I am definitely feeling insecure about his new body at our pool this summer.

sunfrogger BBM is free and you can definitely squeeze it in at work. It takes a half hour but they call it a 20 min workout because of warm up and cool down. Its free. I think I did 5.0 or 6.0 last time. You get one rest day per week. I got results too but it did get repetitive.

Totally just got out my FitBit and dusted it off. Literally. Not sure how it got so dusty sitting in my jewelry box but, there it is!
I'm going to look for the charger tomorrow and charge it up. Hopefully it'll keep me honest on wake ups at night PLUS keep me honest on burning calories!

1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? I am 13 week PP. I need to lose 15 pounds to be at my prepregnancy weight with the baby. I would like to lose a total of 40 but that is a very ambitious goal. 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? I am going to start using my fitbit again - it is motivation to move more. 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? I wouldn't call it a supply but I am going to join a gym within the next few weeks 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? Trying to go for a walk during the work day - even just around a block 5. Questions or Comments for the group?

I had a Fitbit after DD was a newborn, but she was such a bad sleeper looking at all those wakeups made me so sad I had to get rid of it. Not sure where it ended up.

I’m soooo into this! Also excited for you sarahh to TTC again! 1. I’m 16 weeks pp and below my pre prey weight. I’m currently at 180. Prior to DS1 I was 130 but since having him I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS and my hormones are all out of whack making it a B to lose weight. But I WILL get back down there 2 I’m going to sign up for Beachbody on demand. I like variety and especially the parent/kid yoga workouts 3. I already have weights and yoga mat but wouldn’t mind a few more pairs of Lu Kyle on align pants they are heavenly 4. I like the idea of squatting throughout the day I am going to try that! I eat decently but I’m scared I’m going to have to cut out alcohol. Gonna try and up the workouts to compensate the drinks 5. I would also really try and change my inner voice throughout this process. I’m definitely not comfortable at this weight and would love to lose it, but at the same time I think learning to love and be kinder to myself throughout the process will be the best lesson

How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal?: I’m 3 months PP. As of today, I’ve lost 28/40lb. I have 12lb to go to get to pre-preg weight, which is a very comfortable weight for me. Ideally, I’d love to lose an extra 3-4 passed that, but we’ll see. My goal is to lose it by my vacation the first week of August. I’ve been losing 1-2lb a week, so if I keep up that pace it’s possible!
2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there?: I’ve been doing Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. She has this 30 day “True” series I’ve been following along. I’ve lost 8lb since I started it so it’s working! She’s been annoying me lately though... too much talking and doesn’t move fast enough. Anyone have any other yoga youtubers they like?
3. I don’t need any supplies, but I do need more healthy snacks. That has been key for me so far is having healthy snacks on hand... fruit, cucumbers, cheese sticks. Apples with PB and a dash of cinnamon has been my go-to. I also need to stock up on more protein powder. I’ve been doing a shake for lunch.
4. Squeezing in an afternoon walk has been good. I usually get my workout in during the baby’s first nap or during the girls afternoon nap, then some days we’ll go for a walk when they wake up which has been nice to get that extra exercise in.
5. Questions or Comments for the group? I need recommendations for new yoga youtubers. Adriene is annoying me.

1. How many weeks/months PP are you? What is your weight loss goal? By when? I’m 3.5mo PP. I’m down 37 of 60 lbs. I don’t exactly have a goal for when I want it all off, I just want to keep chipping away at it. 23 lbs is still a lot to lose so I’m not sure what a reasonable time frame would be lol. 2. What program(s) are you planning to use to get there? Do you want to be matched with an accountability partner? I’m doing 80 Day Obsession (- Beachbody program). Currently on day 37! After I’m Done w that I’ll start another one I love called Shift Shop. 3. What supplies (bras, yoga mats, or weights, etc) do you need to purchase or find in the garage? (oh- just me? ). What yummy but healthy foods are on your grocery list for this first week? If I’m good at anything it’s meal planning & prepping so I’m feeling good about that. I’ve been following my meal plan for 2 months now & aside from the occasional glass of wine or bowl of ice cream I’ve been sticking to it pretty well. I eat pretty clean & stay away from sugars except for fruit. 4. What out of the box idea(s) do you have for squeezing in a bit of extra exercise throughout the day? Squats during diaper changes or morning walks? I should walk my dog more 😩 but we just got a zoo membership so I’m hoping those visits & all the walking will just help with my progress. 5. Questions or Comments for the group?

I think I skipped day 14 haha. I did 15 yesterday. I usually will fast forward through the video and “preview” it before I start because she has these easy stretching days every once in a while. I don’t have time for a 25 minute stretching session! If I’m going to workout I want it to be worth my time and it actually be a workout. Hence why I skipped 14 haha.

I looove 80 day obsession. You need weights, resistance loops, & sliders but I only bought the loops (I use paper plates for sliders lol). We already had weights. It’s really challenging but low impact. I see such a huge difference in my strength from day 1 which is awesome! benandjerrys
