Hi! I can't stop eating and have no motivation to exercise. Anyone else in my boat? Summer is coming!
On my daughter's bmb a whole group of us did bikini body mommy together with check ins and accountability partners.
Is there any interest in that here? Doesn't have to be BBM, I'm open to any ideas and mostly looking for support.

I actually started weight watchers a week ago and lost 3 lbs last week! I have a lot to go though because I was up 15lbs from normal weight after my miscarriage before I got pregnant with DD2. And I have about 20 of the 60 lbs I gained with her left on top of that. I would definitely be game to do some sort of check in for exercise to keep me motivated though!

I’m with you on needing motivation. Summer is my downfall. It’s so nice out all you wanna do is be outside sipping beers and stuff. But I’m trying my best.
I’m actually thinking of signing up for Beachbody on demand but if you guys do BBM I can just follow along for accountability! Definitely into that

It’s basically the same thing, you get a subscription but I like Beachbody because it has over 600 workouts and I think just in general more user friendly. I did the BBM and I just found it to not be engaging enough and the app sucked. Also BBM had a gym component whereas Beachbody you can do all at home. Just a plus for me when my hubby works a lot and I can’t get a consistent out of house schedule going. I personally haven’t used Beachbody yet but I know tons of people who do with major success

I'm game as well. DH and I plan on starting T25 again in the next week (it's a Beach Body product). We both agree we felt our best when we did it two years ago. I can usually spare 25 minutes to work out at home. Let's be honest though, it takes me more like 40 min because I have to take breaks to catch my breath. Hoping to lose 15 lbs, still up 7 from DS but a total of 17 since starting IF treaments.

I really liked doing BBM last winter. I go through spurts of healthy eatin/trying to workout and then totally lose it. Definitely in a comfort eating phase right now lol.

I did bikini mommy body right before I got pregnant and liked it. I’m planning on starting another one soon. Now if I could solve my constant hunger I’d be golden.

My biggest thing is wanting to lose the weight and get my body back. I know with nursing I can't really diet which tbh I'm fine with, I don't do well on diets.
Hence my struggle with the Nordies jeans. So comfy and they FIT yet if I'm losing weight I'm worried I'll spend all that money on those jeans for nothing. I'll have to try them on again tomorrow to see if they're tight enough now that if I lose weight they'll still fit.

I have 7 lbs to get back to PP weight, and 12 to get back to pre IVF weight...I want to be able to wear my old dresses and summer clothes this summer hopefully! BBM sounds good but I'll do whatever is decided on

Stupid meds and stress.

Stupid meds and stress. I know, not fun! And then going from IVF bloat into pregnancy bloat was sooo uncomfortable! I looked way more pregnant at 4 and 5 weeks along then I did at even 14 weeks, because I was so bloated ha ha. Luckily I only gained 5 but I'm nervous for how much it will be when we do our next round!

I’m in!! I have 13.5lb to go to get to my pre-preg weight. My goal is to get that by my vacation first week of August. I would love to hit that sooner though and be able to comfortably fit in all my dresses and other summer clothes and actually feel good about myself in them.

I’m in! I got up to 210 (eek), but dropped to 190 within a couple weeks, so I think a lot of that weight was my big baby and general fluid retention. I got down to my current weight, 171, fairly easily. But I’ve stalled out because I’m not being as good as I could be. I’d like to be at 145, so I have a ways to go. I go back to work next week, which I think will be good for me because it will create structure to my eating. DH works evenings so he talks me into calorie heavy lunches and I like a big dinner. When I’m working I can do my Greek yogurt and fruit breakfast, salad for lunch, then my big dinner (and wine).

I still want/need to drop a lot more too! At least 25 pounds more but maybe only 20 of that while I'm nursing. I feel like those last 5 lbs just kind of linger until the baby almost weans.

(I dont mean to thread jack). Before I start to working out, who's got a sports bra they'd recommend? I showed DD how to jump rope the other day...so uncomfortable for my boobs.

Panache makes a nursing sports bra too. I am an Enell lady. They are ugly as sin but do the job. (not nursing) That's the only thing I'll wear for running. Might be too much for lower impact.

Yes I was the same way with DD! Lost it all except a pesky 6-8 lbs that didn’t come off until after she weaned.
