@pinklantern,
I am anxious because there was no fetal pole yet. Ugh.
This waiting is terrible.
On the plus side I had morning sickness this week....so I am hoping that is a good sign.

I have been having insane headaches lately. I don't know if it's a lack of caffeine since I can't stomach coffee anymore, or if it's a pregnancy thing. Either way, it sucks and nothing I have done seems to be helping 😔

Either way, it sucks and nothing I have done seems to be helping 😔 I got bad headaches w my first and my Dr at the time said it had to do with all the extra blood pumping through our bodies while pregnant. I also cut all caffeine that pregnancy bc I was being over zealous w the rules. I think that made it worse so maybe it's a combo? Hope they stop for you. (Side note, two cups a day this time. Funny how my interpretations changed)

Thanks for the positive thoughts ladies! There is one baby measuring 7W6D (right on track) with a heartbeat of 149 occupying my uterus. I cried and almost made the tech cry. Whoops. Hormones. I go back to see my doc in another two weeks, but still a little over 4 weeks before I'm past my loss milestone. Grow baby grow!!

Either way, it sucks and nothing I have done seems to be helping 😔 With my second the headaches became unbearable, I could no longer function I was in so much pain. I ended up on esgid? Esged? Something like that. It was a category C medicine, but for me worth the risk because I literally could not function. I think it was Tylenol + caffeine + muscle relaxer. Didn't take all the pain away, but to the point that I felt human.

Beta came back at 30, I was 11 or 12 dpo. At 11 dpo with DS it was 50, which had me worried at the time. I don't think I will stop worrying until I get a second test. My betas were just 29 at 12dpo with my son. #anecdote Sending hugs!

I haven't tried it consistently, since I can't stomach a lot of it at a time though.

Yay for all of the great ultrasounds!! My body was NOT handling any sugar today...super nauseous. I also pretty much choked on a french fry. Talent, pure talent.

I'm spotting again. And it's red. You guys must be so sick of my complaining but it's so frustrating.

I know I already told you, but one of the girls on my last bkb spotted her entire pregnancy and everything was fine. I know how scary it must be though! Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Thanks everyone. I am just so so frustrated. It will stop for awhile and then I think I am in the clear, and then it starts up again. I want to enjoy pregnancy this time around because it will be my last and I feel like I can't.

marygracerich I've said this before, put I've been in your exact situation with DS1 and it's all consuming and unfair. For me, it stemmed from placenta issues. I did notice less bleeding if I decreased my activity level. It wasn't hard since I didn't have any kids yet. Could this be related to the possible twin conception contents that your us tech or Ob pointed out before? Not that losing a twin is a positive but if there was in fact a possible twin this could be the explanation for your bleeding. In your situation, I'd probably call on Monday and try to get back in for another us. This is what I did until I was able to find the HB at home with a Doppler. This is a special type of torture and I really hope it stops for you and all the other spotters on this board.

rebeccabunch I am unsure if it has to do with the twin. When I asked my dr about the spotting she said there are tons of reasons for the spotting. She said spotting and cramping is normal up to about 14 weeks. She said only worry about it if it's enough to fill a pad. She is a pretty cautious dr. She is very sensitive to loss moms. She stopped delivering in one of my area hospitals because she didn't like the way they treated one of her loss patients. After the ultrasound I asked her if I should be cautiously optimistic or just optimistic and she was pretty confident that that everything is fine. The confidence of my dr helps but doesn't make me stop worrying about all of the spotting. 😞
