Actually I’m up feeding baby because I’m running a 10k in an hour. In the rain. So much fun. 🙄 But I signed up for this race mostly because it has a cute finishers medal so whatevs. I’ll get wet but have some cute bling?
DD2 is supposed to have two soccer games with soccer pictures sandwiched between them but it is supposed to rain all day. We will see what happens. Otherwise it’s laundry and picking up and packing all weekend!

Morning! Last weekend of maternity leave here. I’m headed up to my moms with both girls this morning. I’m looking forward to help and hanging out.
Tomorrow we don’t have anything planned. H is off tomorrow so I’m glad we will have one last full day together.
Also lots of wine after bedtime tonight since H will be gone. 🍷

Good morning! After two shitty nights of sleep, both girls slept through last night, so I’m very happy about that. Of course I’ve been up for an hour with rock hard boobs, but I’ll take it.
And today we’re gonna go to the aquarium/zoo! I’ve never been to the one here so I’m very excited. I think DD1 will love it.

Good morning! After two shitty nights of sleep, both girls slept through last night, so I’m very happy about that. Of course I’ve been up for an hour with rock hard boobs, but I’ll take it. And today we’re gonna go to the aquarium/zoo! I’ve never been to the one here so I’m very excited. I think DD1 will love it. Hope everyone has a great day! Yay!! We haven't been to the aquarium yet either. We toyed with zoo tomorrow but it depends how today goes. We still need a EWPZ meet up now that we're getting seasonal weather  |

Good morning!
Guys....I slept!
I slept 8 hours last night. MH gets up early now matter what so he got up and took care of the baby and he let me sleep in until 7. I needed it so badly.
We finished breakfast. I’m cuddling with the big kid for a few minutes then I am getting into the shower. I am going to work for awhile. I was supposed to go last night but I didn’t trust myself to drive.
Today it’s supposed to be 60 and sunny. I’m hoping to take both kids out later. Maybe we will go to the park.

My SIL and gang are not coming down today because my niece was sick last night. Thankful its not gaggle of people I have to have around my house, it'll just be my ILs.
We're going to go to Costco once it opens. We also have to hit the bank and set up Os savings account.

We have soccer, a bday party and T ball today. Busy busy busy!
Yesterday was sunny and 60 and it was what everyone needed. Lots of outdoor time for the kids and we grilled out for dinner. Can’t wait for when it’s consistently nice and 70s+!

I used some harsh cleaning wipes without gloves when I did a final disinfect from DS2s stomach virus. I knew better but was too lazy to grab gloves. Now I’m losing a little of skin on my right hand fingertips and I’m freaking out that I put those chemicals on my skin. I can’t stop thinking about it which is why I’m posting about it.

J had the best night of sleep last night. We are shocked.
He had his bedtime bottle around 8P and didn't wake up until 7A. WHAT?!? He fussed around 4A but fell back asleep on his own.

Faith was a champ during the 2 hour drive to IL's house yesterday. Mostly slept with a little fussiness if we caught a red light and then woke up hungry right as we were taking the exit to their house. She was a little crabby last night, but that is usual for her.
She slept good, 10-3:30 then 4-7, nursed/slept in bed until 9. She showed off her play skills to Grandma and Grandpa for awhile...
MIL and I are going to go out to the Dollar Tree to see if they have some cute paper plates we can use for her baptism party next Sunday then we will be making some paper centerpieces for the tables. MIL makes home made cards so has paper and supplies galore (bordering on hoarding) and it makes her feel good when I ask her to do craft stuff with me/for me. I also like to craft so it is a win-win.

Our weather has made an amazing turn too. I saw yesterday was the first day in 184 days that we didn’t record a temperature below freezing, and it was high teens C/60sF so truly felt amazing! I took this on Thursday afternoon excited about how much was melting  And this right now..sooo close! It will definitely be over with soon! This is even late for us to have our big spring melt so I’m so relieved lol!  Had a great day in the city with my kids yesterday, we stayed at the play place for 2.5 hours! With just me and them! It was a blast. Went to a friend’s last night for a girls night hangout and games. H is taking the big two into the city today again for a birthday party and some errands, I was going to take N to a bridal shower at home buuut now that today is here I’m almost thinking maybe I need to take advantage of the nice weather and quiet time with her and just stay home and relax. We’ll see. Happy Saturday!! |

We have landscapers here this morning. This is the first time we’ve hired out, but it should be worth it. My mom and her SO came to take DS to the aquarium so we just have the baby for a few hours.

Omg I saw a tiny baby yesterday in a carrier at DS open gymnastics last night. He looked so tiny compared to DS2. In related news I put the baby in a 9 month sleeper last night!

Hi all!! Happy Saturday!! Glad to see that so many had good nights of sleep and good weather.
My parents came this morning so DH and I got to go to the mall and have a lunch date. And in two weeks they are taking him for his first overnight and we are going to spend the night downtown for DH's birthday. I am soooo excited! 🍾😍
