Kid napped for 4 hours at daycare. How does that even happen? He had lunch, napped, and woke up in time for snacks. 😅 Good bye bedtime. My thoughts are with you.

I just found my first two stretch marks. Drink for me, please. I didn’t get any with DD so I’m drinking all the water and praying to everything that I am spared again. No one laugh at me.

My bum hurts from the bike ride today and we only did 6 miles. But the baby loves the trailer, so that’s a plus!
And I did wear shorts that had butt pads.

dc2london oh no I’m sorry! What a pain! msdrdg I’m sorry. It sucks that they sprung it on you like that. They should have waited to talk to everyone and answer questions tomorrow. I hope there is a good plan for you going forward. They had a company wide meeting today while I was home. That's why he called, so I would know why some random person was at my desk first thing in the morning.

I'm really sorry about the seizures but I hope you revel in all the puppy snuggles I’m sorry about your shower problems, but glad your H thinks he can fix them easily. We had the seal issue in our house a few years back and it was easy to deal with. Yeah I get the feeling the guy who lived here before us wasn't very handy. They seemed to use Command hooks for everything lol

We usually have the opposite problem of him not napping enough, although he’s had a couple other 3 hour naps in the past. Thankfully he does pretty well at bedtime regardless. 🤞🏼 I was worried maybe he wasn’t feeling well but he was happy and acting normal.

I misunderstood, I thought your office was closed for the holiday but it was just your daycare and you had to stay home. I’m sorry that sucks.

I don't like waking babies from naps, they generally sleep that long because they need it. Now a toddler or pre-schooler i'd wake

My kid has been known to take occasional mega naps since he was pretty young and not have it affect his nighttime sleep.

This morning, I had a little girl who was crying about missing her mom (very unlike her) and said she was tired. She was practically falling asleep in the reading area so I got out her mat and she slept for an hour then got up totally normal.

I’m so sorry @mrsdrdg. My H went through something similar last year. I know all too well what it’s like to see the writing on the wall and be fearful of what’s coming but not 100 percent know for sure.
I think we are geographically close? PM if you want to chat or if there is anything I can do to help. There was a lot of intense job hunting last year and some long distance commuting until we figured it all out. You’ll absolutely get there too.

Maybe he was tired from a wild weekend of standing around.

I had a bunch of notifications.
I’m sorry I’ve fallen off the the face of the HIH world. I’ve literally worked the last 60+ days in a row.
I opened a new hotel and basically have barely even seen my family, let alone anything else.

I made chicken parmesan for dinner and used a roasted garlic sauce that we've had before, but I think they went a little garlic overboard in this jar. I've already brushed my teeth twice and can still taste it

We had a relatively busy weekend being out and about but he did pretty okay with naps and nighttime sleep. He’s not the best sleeper but getting better. Maybe occasionally it all just catches up to him?

My kids wanted ramen for dinner. So I threw some veggies in there and called it a day. Phoning it in over here.
