aprilz81Make your own hands free pump bra by cutting slits in old sports bras. Hands free is the only reason I can continue pumping. You could do it while you answer emails etc.

I'm just biding my time at work waiting for 5pm. My parents got to my house this morning and are helping DH's mom with the girls today. I need to remember to pick up the girls' dresses for their baptisms on sunday.
Tonight we are going to a minor league baseball game and I hope it won't be too chilly for the baby.
I currently drive a wagon and DH just traded in his 3 row SUV for a truck and both work for us right now. I guess we will see how it goes if we are able to have a 3rd baby. Does anyone know if 2 dionos and an infant seat will fit across a bench seat? I know 3 dionos will but I wasn't sure about the infant seat.

Hi gang,
Visited mh at work again today with the girls. E is having a very late lunch and then taking a nap.
O had a little vomit episode after one of her eats today so I'm basically paranoid and I also almost had a panic attack over it. Thankfully I was at my mom's. I think my forceful let down gagged her, it's only really bad on one side and that's what side she was in, and from there it just kept going. If it happens again even once it's off to the ped we go.
Spring is SO close!

rebeccabunch, I'm sorry she's having a rough time. JoJo was really miserable but he got better around 7 weeks. I can't imagine if he had gotten worse. Definitely call the pediatrician again. Ps. what is the auto third row feature on the pacidica? I need to know! We are not in the market for a new car but ive got all the minivan envy.

stephne 15 oz from 1 side? Wow!! DS is exclusively breast fed right now but I try to pump a few times a day so that I always have some extra bottles in the fridge and I'm starting to have a little to freeze. But I only get 6 to 8 ounces of extra milk a day...I feel like if I try to get more DS seems too hungry. Do you have any tips on how you have such a good supply? no, that was 15 oz between both after he ate on one side. I don't have any tips other than drink a lot of water! I eat oatmeal for breakfast, not sure if that helps too. Last time around my supply eventually slowed down because I don't think the pump is as effective. My other advice would be to also pump in the morning after your first feeding. That is when I am always able to get the most.

stephne , tell me about this burping with the hands up technique. I have the hardest time getting V to burp. it seems to work amazing, I don't just get burps, I get belches! Let me see if I can explain how I do it...
Sit your baby on your lap with their left shoulder facing your chest, raise that arm and hold it up with your body/chest (his hand is up by my shoulder and held up by my body). Then with my left hand I hold his other arm above his head and burp with my right hand. or opposite if he is sitting the opposite way.
Does that make sense?

This seems incredibly important but I’m not totally getting I. Is there a way to PIP?

Hi guys. I’m nhrsing DS. Been a little MIA the past week for personal reasons but all is good! I’m exhausted, even though S slept from 10-6 last night, my 3yo (well almost 3) had nightmares & ended up coming to our room. Ughhhhh. I’m abot to workout & then watch the Masters all afternoon!!! DS took a 3.5 hr tummy nap today so I’m definitely going to be trying that more often when I’m awake & can supervise him.

Penguins (boo) versus Bluejackets (yeah) We (Bluejackets) have a really young team and it is a big accomplishment to make the playoffs two years in a row after a disastrous season 3 years ago where we started the season 0-8 and fired our head coach STUCK IN A BOX...AGAIN I don't follow NHL but I like college hockey!

The only time I’ve ever pumped 6+ ounces was once when I didn’t nurse DD3 in the morning. I’ve never had supply issues but I don’t think I make extra. I have a friend with oversupply issues. She exclusively pumped and basically had enough milk for the rest of his first year by the time he was four months. I can’t even imagine.

DD1 threw up at 7am so that’s no fun. She hasn’t since though so who knows. DD2 had kindergarten round up this morning. She can’t wait for fall and to start school with her big sis! I can’t believe I’ll have two elementary aged kiddos. DD4 seems out of sorts today. Not overly fussy, but something seems off. I’ve haven’t been eating Whole30 for a little over a week and I wonder if it’s affecting her. Hard to tell.

re: minivans I was not team-minivan until recently. I didn't think they were "cool" and we didn't have a need for that big of vehicle. But now with the addition to the 2nd child, we needed a bigger car. As i previously mentioned, we were originally looking at 3rd row SUVs but the minivan won out! It has the space we need (we travel to my out of state inlaws 2-3 times a year and we take A LOT of stuff and My husband also trasponort a lot of gear for his side-job). Plus the features are great - the sliding doors will be nice for the kids and I love that the Odyssey has "magic slide 2nd row seats". I am ready to hand in my "cool" card.
