Age of LO(s): 2.5
Month/Cycle: 11
CD/DPO: cd 15, should o anytime now
Timing: to be determined. Started eod, 2 days ago and will continue for maybe a week
RRCS: haven't been temping, first month using ava, so it doesn't "know me" yet. Went on a trip and forgot the bag with my opks. So basically I have no real "data" for this month, but I'm actually happy for the break. I won't know exactly how well we did, and won't be able to obsess or count days to test.

Age of LO(s): 9 years
Month/Cycle: 15 months / 13 cycles
CD/DPO: CD26/13 DPO
Timing: -3, 0
RRCS: Emotionally, despite the fact that I know the timing was crappy this month, this month's a tough one because the baby from my CP last year would have been due in March. This was also our last shot at 2018 baby. AF is due in two days and ta-da...spotting today so I already know this month's a bust. DH is turning 43 this month, I'll be 38 in a few months, so I think if it doesn't happen by my birthday it'll be time to start looking into a RE. It did take me awhile when I was TTC my daughter (and I was 26-27 then) but we are older now.

Month/Cycle: 11/7
CD/DPO: CD 44/ possibly 3 DPO
Timing: I got my first EVER positive OPK last Friday, I was so crazy excited. I think we hit -1 and +1. 🤷🏻♀️
RRCS: I had my appointment today with my GP and he didn't give me a referral to an RE right off the bat like I'd hoped, but he is sending me for blood work, celiac testing, and a pelvic U/S and he agrees it sounds like I'm not ovulating. I'm ok with this plan right now, as I'm feeling hopeful about this cycle. If it turns into another BFN I hope this testing gives us somewhere to start from. I'm also doing a sleep study, which MH is really thankful for. We're pretty sure I have sleep apnea! 😬 If I am KU, and it's a big if, I will have the ultrasound when I'd be about 5 weeks pregnant so I'm not sure what we'd see. I'm trying to temper my hopes about that.

Tlex That's amazing! Yay for the +OPK! I imagine bloodwork is a good place to start. Why are they doing the celiac testing? (just curious...I'm celiac so I'm being nosey:)

(just curious...I'm celiac so I'm being nosey:) Oh yes that does look random in the mix - its because I have a ton of symptoms and a family history, but i'd like to rule it in/out before I try a ketogenic type diet for my PCOS - if I do have celiacs, some of our grocery expenses related to that diet will be tax deductible. If I don't, at least I'll know and can target treating my PCOS as my main dietary focus.

Tlex makes total sense! It's always better to know. They won't be able to confirm without an intestinal biopsy but the blood test is pretty reliable. I hope they rule it out though. It can be a huge pain in the butt:/ ETA Celiac can affect your fertility and cause higher rates of miscarriage as well so I think it's a super good idea to get tested.

Bluebird , FX for you tomorrow! Yogurt , how was your trip?! Is YH doing okay with EOD? Tlex , yay for a positive OPK! I'm curious if OBs in Canada are less quick to refer you due to the healthcare system, maybe they want to be "sure" as to not "waste" the money? (here in the US we usually have to pay for RE's out of pocket so it doesn't matter). Hopefully you get something useful out of those first few tests. radiantfate , sorry about this cycle Age of LO(s): 2.5 Month/Cycle: 20/3AL CD/DPO: 21/5 Timing: -3, -1 (IUI), O RRCS: I was trying to keep up the charade that I don't have anymore hope for this cycle than any previous cycle but now at 5dpo I'm starting to get hopeful. Need to fast forward like 5 days!

Oh I had no idea there could be a connection between celiac and fertility/miscarriage. I know the basics but I feel like there's so much more I don't know, MH's cousin has it and was asking me if I had all these symptoms I had no idea were connected and it was like she knew everything about me. That lit a fire under my ass to finally ask to be tested. We also want our girls tested because it runs on both sides of their family. If I have a positive result I'm glad to know someone I can talk to! How long have you been diagnosed for?

charliefox yup that's definitely a factor at play in getting a referral here. And the waits once you get referred tend to be very long. I see we're on the crazy train together - toot toot! Fx for you!

I just had a zapping feeling in my boob, the only other time I've felt it was when I was first pregnant with D1. THIS HAS TO BE A SIGN RIGHT? FF is not participating in my crazy. Doesn't even give me "boob zapping" as a symptom. Rude.

charliefox, I'm still in Yosemite and it is fabulous! We just started eod, and basically we had sex once, lol. I'll know after tonight how it's going! He's seeming into it this month, so we'll see. My o date could be as late as Monday-ish, so I'm just going to try to get in as many as possible.

Month/Cycle: 26 / 4AL

Timing: I'm feeling more human today so maybe this month isn't a total write off after all.
RRCS: Still not completely well, but better than I have been for a week.

Quick question regarding temping, do you guys set an alarm to wake you up to temp? I know they want you to do it the same time every morning but unless I set an alarm I won't be consistent in that.

I used to, but I couldn't keep up with that. It became one more daily stressor/reminder of the fact that I'm still ttc. I wake up at 5:45 m-f and sat/Sun i take it more like 6:30. I still see what I need to see on the chart

Yogurt, That's kind of what I was thinking M-W I'll be able to do 5:45 because that's when I wake up for work, and then Thurs-Sunday I could do 6:30 or whenever DD wakes me up.

Tlex I got officially diagnosed 10 years ago now? But everything gluten always made me super sick so I've been gluten free since I was like 4 or 5 years old. Getting the diagnosis and being very careful with my diet made a huge difference for me. I'm here if you have any questions:)
