Hi hi. I had a dentist appt and she was using a sonicare type cleaner and that freaking was miserable and I made her stop. I normally have no issue with cleaning but the sound was just miserable and she was a little rough. Scrape my teeth by hand please and thank you.
Then swung through target and found a dress for spring summer and got it in 2 colors. I am a creature of habit when I find something I like.
And then my mom had an appt in the city and metroed by herself here and now she's resting before we fetch the kids. First time she's been here since last Feb. Mh flies out for a bachelor party on Friday, so she will keep me sane hopefully..

Tubes are scheduled for the 12th of April. Awesome! Did he pass his hearing test? ETA I feel like you should call your pedi immediately and tell him about the tubes. Lol.

Tubes are scheduled for the 12th of April. I think I forgot to tell y'all, we are getting tubes in and adenoids out for B on the 29th. The ENT said his ears were really angry and he couldn't believe he wasn't complaining more. He believes this will help tremendously. I'm hopeful. I bet it will help! Poor kid.

wedding don't be so hard on yourself about the pain pills. It is easy to lose track the first couple of days after surgery. I'm glad I was home with H after his surgery to make sure he took them when required because he was sleeping most of the time and would never have kept track. Now that you're aware of it, I bet you will be much better about it. I always write down when I need to give Evie her meds (mainly because I forget), maybe writing what time you take them will help you keep track?

So DS has the flu. He's devastated about his tournament. We had to cancel the hotel by 4 so it's done.

Hi vino. Welcome back. What's is about klong11? I watched The Jungle recently. Movie on Amazon Prime with Daniel Radcliffe about people who chose to eschew traditional society and go off the beaten path. Couple of dudes go hiking in the Amazon in seek of a native society near extinction. Harry Pooer gets lost. Yada yada yada. Overall it was a good movie. But it was about a bunch of privileged white dudes who wanted to gawk at natives so my sympathy was lacking (based on a true story). My boss was saying the same thing about Into the Wild and how he hated the fact that the privilege wasn't even addressed and we're just supposed to think this guy is so cool and original.

inthekitty, it's about a "dork" and a "rebel" looking for love. LOL I am apparently triggered by cheating cause it pisses me off to the extreme any time I see it happen or whatever....even on tv shows with fake relationships.

I was just so it if it and in so much pain that I just kept saying to myself “it must be time for more” and would pop one. I’m back on track today. What a mess this is!

I had a nurse giving me mine the first few days post c-section, otherwise I'm sure I would've messed them up. Like mwhip said, I write down exactly when I take them now cause no way I'll remember. It's good you're aware of these things, but take it easy in yourself. If you'd feel comfortable and you're able to, give them to someone else to dish them out. Like have YH leave out x amount for the day and hide the bottle. It may help put your mind at ease.

Sorry about the flu kim22! I hope the rest of you stay healthy!! I’ve been in bed sick most of the day. MH got home from work and insisted that I go back to lay down while he goes to pick up S and he’s taking her on some errands with him! I gladly accepted.

I love it! I think that length will look great on you too. Agreed tallb --easy to pull off when you're tall (channel your inner Kate Middleton ) Banana Republic has a really pretty dress right now--would be perfect for a garden party, spring wedding, etc. It's kind of a midi length with high-low hem, if i'm remembering correctly, in this really pale pink floral pattern. I have nowhere to wear it, so not buying it, but it tempted me b/c it just looked so pretty!

None of the ENTs on my insurance plan would see H until he had a hearing test done. I just got lucky that the ENT I chose has a couple audiologists in their office. The soonest I could get into an audiologist at Texas Children's was a couple months out. Anyway, I'm glad you took him to the ENT even though your pedi didn't think it was necessary.

Glad y'all had a good time. I have a birthday dinner for a girlfriend next week, and then a coffee/brunch meet-up that weekend, and I can't wait to talk to other adults w/o wrangling children.

I really didn't have any concerns about his hearing because he speech is so good. So maybe that's why they didn't offer? I am so grateful we have Cincy Children's so close. There was a family there that had driven 4 hours. I thought of you, lfig.

How do Juniors clothes fit different than Women’s? I found a romper I like at Target online but it only comes in Juniors. I plan to show off these pale thinner legs this year🤣

I plan to show off these pale thinner legs this year🤣 Things might have changed, but from my Juniors-shopping days, I remember things being cut smaller and just for a less developed body/physique, if that makes sense? Like, as a teenager my hips were too wide for a lot of Juniors stuff in my 'size'--even though I was all of a 2 or 4 in adult sizes. I also tend to think of Jrs. stuff as being of lower quality /more 'disposable'. This may be more of a retailer-specific thing, tho'. Just what I've observed over the years.

wedding I would size up for juniors. I find the run especially short, but then again, I’m tall. I have a romper from target as well and sized up. And I agree with flamingo that the quality is not great, but it’s still fun to have!

My afternoon didn’t go as planned. My sister had to get put under to get 2 teeth pulled so I had to go chauffeur her around. It was 55 degrees out and I missed it! I’m bummed we didn’t get to the zoo. After supper we are going to play outside so at least we get some fresh air.

guster How is the packing going? How are you feeling about the upcoming move? First, I am just so happy to see you back here. Don't go away again. I get a lot done on the weekends, but during the week I'm lucky if I can do one box a day. We still don't have a closing date, yet, so keep thinking I might have more time than I actually do. I'm anxious, which isn't really like me. It's mostly logistics that are getting to me -- where the kids are going to be on the day we move; how we can easily get the cat there, how our buyers will do a walk-through if there are still boxes in our house. It's all stuff that will work out, but I have no frame for it, and that type a control part of me needs answers now.
