I am spotting again. Or slightly more than spotting. And it's red. 😞. I am hoping it will stop as it was only on the TP but it was a lot. I am sure I will not be sleeping well tonight.

marygracerich fx that it's nothing. I cringe anytime someone says they are spotting again. Hope it goes away overnight.

marygracerich hugs. I hope it stops. My ultrasound tech today was very adamant about how common it is right now. FX it's nothing and your doctor can get you in to see what's going on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

For people that are nauseous, are you ever nauseous through the night? I've never been nauseous during pregnancy before but it's picking up a little this time around. I woke up a few time nauseous last night and I'm worried I'm about to join dragonflyinn in the stomach bug department. Hoping it's passing nausea instead.

I was never nauseous in the night with my first or up to this point with #2 which is why I figured I had a stomach bug :/

It helped to keep a snack by my bed to munch in the MOTN - usually it was goldfish lol. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

I had horrible overnight nausea with my last pregnancy. Eating a piece of toast before bed sometimes helped, but unisom + b6 helped me survive it.

Oh no marygracerich , did you call your ob? Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk No. It just started at 8:30 at night. She won't be open. If it continues when she opens at 10, I will call. I know how nerve wracking it is to have red bleeding. It is a good chance that it is a SCH (subchorionic hematoma) which is a tear in the uterus wall (maybe where the placenta attaches? I forget exactly). SCH is very common, but no less scary and most of the time it is not a danger to the growing baby. I had one with Ava which started with red blood the day after we heard the heartbeat. I was convinced we had lost her but when we went back to the office her heart was still beating strong. I won't tell you not to worry, but my RE and my OB said that unless there is A LOT (as in filling a pad) and/or heavy cramping it is likely nothing to worry about. I realize that is easier said than done. I hope it has slowed down or better yet stopped and that your doctor is able to see you and give you some more concrete information.

aprilz81 my dr said the same thing. She said as long as there isn't enough to fill a pad, I should be ok. I have had some cramping but I think it's from my digestion issue rather than baby issues. It has stopped for now but this isn't the first time it has stopped. It was however only the third time it started out red. Thanks 😊

peachesncream and ajetter thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to answer. I've never been nauseous during pregnancy (lucky me, why didn't I enjoy it) so this is very new. I didn't sleep well and will do the toast/crackers thing tonight. Of course I'm now thinking maybe this baby is a girl since my first two are boys!

With my SCH I had a few bouts of red bleeding (enough to scare me) but mostly dark brown, sometimes black. It would come and go and I noticed it was a lot heavier after an orgasm so I went on complete pelvic rest for my own piece of mind. I think mine started about 7 weeks and by my 11 week OB appointment she told me that by 11-12 weeks it presents no danger to the baby at all. Hang in there!

She actually told me no sex or orgasms until after 14 weeks. ðŸ˜. My spotting started at the beginning around 4 weeks and has been on and off since then. TMI but it gets worse after a bowel movement which is what happened last night but that was the first time there was so much red. It's usually brown.
