Have tried two different flavors of halo top and they were both so gross that I couldn’t even finish eating them. I will not try them again.

I’d be interested to try them after being sugar free for so long though. But I guess I’ll be venturing into the dairy free ice cream territory anyway. Maybe I’ll just see what flavors I can come up with via my frozen fruit method. 🤷🏼♀️

I thought of you when I tried it because it’s lactose free

I’m stalled at 15 pounds to go. This happens to me every time but I’m still shocked/perplexed/angry about it.

Thanks guys! Trying to be mindful of what I eat. Nursing obviously helps a ton but to be down almost 30 at 2w pp is kinda awesome. I kept 5 last time but I'm hoping to get rid of that too.

But now my body wants me to actually work for the weight loss 😒 rood. I’ve worked out once so I don’t know what I’m complaining about haha.

So don't feel bad because it might not even matter 🤷🏼♀️ But I hope it does for you. It's like my body is trying to get me to give up beer....... NOPE. I'll take my squishy tummy thank you very much

I'll take my squishy tummy thank you very much I’ve worked out every day for 3 weeks straight, been eating only whole30 compliant foods, and I only drink water. And I’m still not really seeing the results I was hoping for. I really don’t want to count calories, but I want to see some more progress.

The weight seemed to fall off of me after having DS1, but that’s definitely not the case this time. 😩😩😩

I think for me it has to do with the fact that DD1 was born in May, so I was much more active outside for walks and such after she was born. Now, since it’s god awful outside, I’m not nearly as active. And it’s much harder to get time to go to my basement to workout alone than it is to load up the kids in the stroller to go for a nice long walk

My DD1 was a Nov baby so we didn't get out too much on my entire leave.
