Do we get to see before and after pics dapostrophe? I'm not a fan of Dunkin. The only thing I kinda like is their iced coffee, but only as a last resort kinda thing. Their donuts are terrible. Even the munchkins. But now, I want donuts. I guess i'll be stopping tomorrow morning. The place with the best donuts here only open in the morning and once they are out, they are closed. By 930, they are usually getting ready to close up shop.

I have never been to a Dunkin. There aren’t any here and I haven’t tried any on my travels. We have Starbucks (obv), caribou and some smaller local places here. I think we didn't have them here until recently. I don't remember seeing them before. Pete insisted we had to go when we happened upon one while on vacations and whatever, nothing special.

Best plain white V-neck? I remember having this conversation before but I don't recall what the consensus was. GAP or J Crew, maybe? Cher yummeecookee flamingo and anyone else who wants to opine?

I do Gap. I don’t know that they’re best but I can get them cheap enough when they run promos that I don’t feel bad about tossing them.

Hi all! Just got home and the kids are eating lunch. I took h to get his haircut and fix my terrible job. He looks like such a big boy! Not much on the agenda this afternoon and then I have a meeting and volleyball tonight.

cagoldi, I just got some longer V Necks from Old navy (that are more for leggings) and I'm happy with them. But now that I am typing this, I realize that the white ones would probably be see through. For traditional V Necks, I like Loft. I have a bunch of them and they last a while. Again, not necessarily the best, but decent. Also, aren't you like 7000 months pregnant? Why are you buying non maternity V necks?

Oh yes, Gap is good (or even Gap outlet). I also like Express, surprisingly. I have a white v-neck from there that is older than B and still going strong!

Madewell whisper tee. Sold at madewell or Nordstrom ETA: I just got a shirt from target, it’s striped but they also sell white, that’s their new universal threads line and I really like it. It’s looser fitting and thick.

I'm just the short, when I was little I used to get so pissed when people would correct me. Like, I know my name. Lol.

Love dunkin’ (wouldn’t be a true six fan otherwise right?!). Their iced coffees are not as sweet as the Starbucks ones. I need one in my town. Hey! I’ve been meaning to tell you (and wedding too, bc of her Maine connection) about a book we got that B is obsessed with. It’s called The Circus Ship. It’s set on an island in Maine; written by the author of the Polar Express (who lives in Maine where my parents have a place, coincidentally). It is such a great story and the illustrations are fantastic. ETA: it’s not actually about a circus, it’s about animals that escape from a sinking ship to an island and how they befriend the islanders

I hope I won't always look like a house with feet.

cagoldi I can’t speak to the white, specifically, but I’ve been happy with Banana Republic’s tees the past year or two. I think they’re doing 50% off for F & F right now. Did anyone here ever see The Post (speaking of International Women’s Day)? Really makes you realize how far things have come for women (I know there’s still room for improvement!) Plus it was just a really good movie.

Guys, it's a blizzard here. It's just insane! Somebody needs to tell the weather that this is totally unacceptable for March 9. I've been muttering, "in like a lion, out like a lamb; in like a lion, out like a lamb..." all afternoon as I hunker over the steering wheel.

lahdeedah Yes! I will post pics of the mini makeover as soon as it's done. I am really happy with how it's turning out. flamingo I am going to check that book out. We have a growing collection of Maine books, too. "Goodnight Maine" is a fav around here. I think we are going back next summer, yay! sands42 I just remembered I think my parents had a vacation home that might be near you. Are you near Bloomington? Disregard if I am misremembering that. My brain is mush these days.

I actually lived in maternity clothes for far longer than I should admit I don't think I'm ever getting rid of my maternity leggings. I don't buy a lot of maternity clothes. I stick with my normal pants and wear them below my tummy. Longer tunic type shirts fit the whole time, so do pretty much all my sweaters. But, if I worked in an office, I'd have to get a lot more of course. It took me forever to start losing after X but once I figured out a certain medication was the problem I did okay. It was still a ton of work. I had finally lost all my baby weight plus about 10 pounds, then BAM! Pregnant, just shy of one year after I delivered X. Whomp whomp.

I’m home! The house was a disaster. C must have wet the bed and toys, books, and crayons were everywhere. I’m hoping to get C to bed before Dh gets home tonight so he can have a break. I’ll probably do all wake ups this weekend since I’ll be recovering next week and Dh will have to cover a lot. The flight was ok. I started fake snoring a bit and she got the hint. Unfortunately my ear plugs were in my checked bag trtlcrzy.
