How far along are you? EDD? 12+5, 9/5
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? So tired, nausea really ramped up this last week, sore all over. Emotionally getting prickly as time passes about eventually having to tell people, other than that Iβm feeling pretty good.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? End of week ultrasound, hoping to see some movement.
Any other word vomit to share? Itβs a funny thing to me. We are planning a small getaway and I want to possibly do a kayak excursion so I had to write this hilarious email to the outfitter about 1. If they allow pregnant women to go on the excursion and 2. If they have wetsuits big enough to accommodate such a situation. I felt so ashamed and hilarious at the same time sending this email. Waiting on the response now.
QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? So ready to get outside! Hoping to do an up north weekend w DH at end of a April or May. We were originally wanting to go to FL w/ my 3 yr old but after a road trip we took a week ago I feel that he is not a good candidate for airplane travel at this time. So weβve changed course to just us 2 for a weekend.

How far along are you? EDD? 35,3 EDD 3/30 How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically, I'm definitely slowing down and getting less mobile. I'm glad this is my last week at work, I'm going to need all the rest I can get before this kid arrives. Emotionally, I'm kind of in a weird place. Like, I am definitely excited and nervous and all the normal things, but I'm also feeling a lot more disassociative and nothing-y, like I did at the beginning of my pregnancy. I just am mostly having a hard time understanding that all this stuff I have and all this time I'm getting off is going to be for having and raising a kid. It's kinda awkward. Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Today NST Any other word vomit to share? Not today! QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? Nothing set in stone yet, because baby. But my SIL is planning a trip to Ireland and I'm super excited for her! She's been looking forward to this for a long time. Maybe we'll go to my parents' cabin sometime this summer, that could be fun.

How far along are you? EDD? 4w 5d, Halloween
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically fine, which is not helping emotionally. I had some heartburn and nausea last week, and now it's gone. I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything, but...
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? I got my u/s scheduled for March 14th. That's 7 weeks even. I pushed for later, since with both of my previous pregnancies u/s #1 was right around 6.5 weeks and so we weren't sure if it was too early or there was something wrong (obviously, it was something wrong). I am hoping to wait a little longer for the first u/s and hopefully not have to wait even longer for a second to find out whether something is actually wrong, if that makes sense. It's also during my spring break, so I won't have to go teach afterwards. Having to face a class full of students after the bad news last time was so difficult.
Any other word vomit to share? I think I covered this already...
QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? ***tw: lc***
We just scheduled a short getaway to an indoor water park for a weekend in March. DS is at a great age (almost 2.5) for it, and I think it will be so much fun! (I live in northern WI, so an indoor water park is as close to warm weather activities we'll get until June)

How far along are you? EDD? 19w 4d. 7/19
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically - DS shared his cold. π My throat huuurts. Besides that, back ache is a constant, reflux is happening more often, sleep sucks already. Emotionally - I have my moments. Today I'm okay.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? Just a regular appt March 9th.
Any other word vomit to share?
QotW:Β March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? No plans really. It will be nice when the zoo opens back up and we can go to the park more often or go to walking trails.

DrHooch I remember analyzing my symptoms the minute I found out. They came and went a lot until 6-7 weeks. I understand your worry, every time I felt fine I thought the worst. Hugs to you

How far along are you? EDD? 16 weeks exactly, August 13, 2018
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? I am doing really well physically. My awful and constant nausea seems to only happen every now and then and pretty rarely. My breasts do really hurt a lot, which is kind of surprising, I thought that too was going to subside. I had my regular OB appointment today. He is not at all worried about the ultrasound finding, in fact, one of his 4 kids had the same. His words: "have enough kids, you see it all firsthand." He also said he sees about 2 women weekly with that same thing, and when isolated, it has always been normal. Firmly recommends against amnio. That definitely helped ease my anxiety a lot. Or at least back down to the background level of PGAL anxietym
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? March 30 for 20 week scan and OB follow-up. I gave blood today for AFP and should have the results within a week. Definitely hoping those will be normal.
QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? I think the most fun plans are just to be able to feel a bit more relaxed. I defended my PhD thesis in March of last year and still feel like I have not had much of a chance to reel back from that.

DrHooch, I too agonized over symptoms, timing of first sono, etc. I honestly am starting to feel that PGAL is a stream of worrying about miscarriage in the first trimester, genetic screening and birth defects etc in the second and preterm birth in the thirds. At least that was the case with my daughter and now repeating the pattern...

Rama, oh yeah. Reduced movement, swelling and other preeclampsia worries, cord accidents. Every dire possible thought has crossed my mind and will cross it again. Sigh. By the way, I think someone on your birth board had the samw finding on her 20 wk ultrasound and it resolved a few weeks later.

I didn't want to say anything in case I was wrong, though. But if you think it was someone on my board, you're probably right. I'm sorry you have to deal with the anxiety of that, though.

DrHooch I know it's hard to not let your mind go to all the bad "what ifs." I'm sorry your symptoms aren't stronger to give you some reassurance. I hope your ultrasound goes perfectly in a few weeks and will give you peace of mind. Hang in there. β€

How far along are you? EDD? 22w2d, June 30
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically I've got heartburn and exhaustion mostly. I came home from work today and fell asleep on the couch for an hour and a half. I've started taking iron supplements to try to see if that'll help. Also, all the movement. I swear he feels like he wants out already lol. Emotionally I've been better, but I think that's because I'm coming down off of my citalopram. I lowered my dose 2 weeks ago, and I noticed a pretty drastic change in my emotional state. I decided to alternate between my previous dose and my new dose for a few weeks and see if that helps.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? So many appointments on Thursday, with the OB, high risk, and hopefully the last check on his heart. After that, 2 weeks to V day!
Any other word vomit to share? I think I covered it all =)
QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? Oh my goodness, just getting outside!! I LOVE being in nature, and I really hate being stuck inside for more than I need to be. I'm looking forward to taking walks as long as my hips allow me to, and my maternity shoot sometime in April or May =)

How far along are you? EDD? 34 weeks, RCS April 4th
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? Physically I'm a waddling mess. I'm crampy and my crotch hurts. My hands hurt so bad too. Carpal tunnel can suck it.
Emotionally I've really been struggling this past week. I've been using my doppler more than I care to admit and had a full on break down early Saturday morning, because baby went 4 hours without movement no matter what I did. He's been fairly active since, but I was a mess.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? OB appointment tomorrow and have to do my pre-admit paperwork at the hospital.
Any other word vomit to share? I'm just counting down now. 37 days to go. Also, sorry for complaining. I don't take for granted this pregnancy at all. I'm so, so grateful to be here and carrying this baby boy.
QotW:Β March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer?
My oldest kid is a senior and graduating in May (π’), so we plan on doing some family trips with him through the summer. I'm looking forward to the family time, but sad that he will no longer be living with us at the end of it all. I'm not ready.

I gave in to the crazy and bought a bunch of sticks to pee on to try to help me ward off the worry/depression that comes with no symptoms. My line showed up before the test line (before the test even finished running across) and is way darker than the test line. So, still pupo.

::waves hi to everyone::
How far along are you? EDD? Not exactly sure...My last cycle was a miscarriage and I didn't temp this cycle. I'm pretty sure I'm only 4 weeks along
How are you feeling physically and emotionally? I'm feeling much more at peace and less stressed this pregnancy than the last...although I find myself not really wanting to get very excited or talk about it much with my SO. He feels similarly, so we're just kinda of chugging along.
Any upcoming appointments or milestones? First appointment: April 3rd; Had my first beta today - 64. My OB office is weird and told me to wait a week for my next one, but I think I'm going to go on Monday since I have the referral in place.
Any other word vomit to share? Last time I spoke to my OB (Jan) she mentioned we could do progesterone if I were get pregnant again. However, when I went to fill the script they flagged it because I have a peanut allergy and apparently it has peanut oil as a major component. The pharmacist and my OB office are pretty much stumped. Those who had progesterone supplementation, did you have confirmed low progesterone or other specific reasoning for the supplement? My OB seemed pretty blasΓ© about it, almost like "eh, if it'll make you feel better" when we discussed it right after my loss, so I'm wondering if it's even worth continuing to pursue.
QotW: March is just a few days away. For many of us that means warmer weather isn't too far away. Any fun plans for this spring/summer? We're going to visit my in laws back home in Upstate NY and I'd like to take a trip into the mountains for our 10 year anniversary in August.

letsgetphysio have you had your progesterone level measured? Congratulations by the way! I havenβt. After my miscarriage I asked if it was something to be concerned about (the cycle before I had a chemical pregnancy) and my OB said she wasnβt too worried but she could always put me on progesterone just in case if I were to get pregnant again. But if the progesterone could cause an allergic reaction Iβm not sure I should bother especially with no true indication for it.
