I'm confused by chinese gender predictors. Some are by lunar months and some aren't?

With B we found out but I had a hunch the whole time. I don't have a feeling one way or the other with this pregnancy. When we went for our anatomy scan, I saw the tech hover for a minute to take measurements and I didn't see a penis. But everyone who has cared to offer their opinion says boy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ok I'm not team green and I don't belong here but I do what I want.
With DS, I did ALL the old wives tales before hand. The pee/baking soda one, the ring test, the chinese predictors. It was so fun.

I looked at the Chinese calendar last time but that’s it. I haven’t done any this time. I’m carrying lower but know that doesn’t mean anything.
I was convinced it was going to be a girl last time, so my mother’s intuition is broken too.

I'm not team green this time, but I was with Em.
Chinese gender predictor, how I was carrying and my complexion all said boy.
The HR said girl.
Obviously it was a girl.
This time Chinese gender predictor and HR said boy.
How I'm carrying and complexion said girl.
It's another girl.

I have no idea what it is and feel kind of broken. I kind of want a girl but I think that’s just because it’s a “devil you know/have all the clothes for” situation.
DH thinks it’s a girl. Everyone else on the planet thinks it’s a boy. I am exactly the same weight as with DD, carrying very very similarly, and the pregnancies have felt pretty similar as far as I can remember. The only major difference is that with DD i brokenout horribly and with this baby I had the worst dry skin and redness but that may be a seasonal thing?
I don’t know. I’m ready to find out and can’t believe I still have 7 weeks to go.
Chinese calendar says boy... for DD too tho 😂
This LO has always had HB rates above 140 so that’s a girl
I’ve craved sweet carbs and fruit: girl
What else is there?

I'm confused by chinese gender predictors. Some are by lunar months and some aren't? I think they're all supposed to be by the Chinese/Lunar calendar, but people are lazy and just use the Gregorian calendar because #easy. |

Chinese Gender predictor- boy
Carrying in front - boy
Most people are guessing girl. Part of me wonders if that’s just because I already have a boy?
Because my pregnancy has been so similar to with G, I’m inclined to think boy. There’s definitely moments when I lean more towards girl. But it’s strange to imagine.
