We have our February break this week, so H, V and I are all home together all week. Aside from a few doctor's appointments, we have nothing planned. There's a 90% chance we're going to all hate each other by Friday.

I'm off, but that's because it was my weekend to work and I get Monday and Tuesday off afterwards. H is off today too. First year of a new stat holiday here, so everything is closed. Which really kind of sucks because I'm craving cookies lol

Ugh. We should be off. I work at a credit union and everyone thinks we're closed anyway.
Plus we're getting an ice storm today. I'm ready to go home.

But look what I found last night! I'm definitely going to be doing this.

No, but I was flexed off on Wednesday last week so I've had a 5 day weekend. We went to a parade over the weekend and I think that'll be the last event we attend for a while. I spent most of it sitting away from everyone so I wouldn't get overheated/nauseated. DS had a good time. He collected quite a few dog treats for the fake dog that he brought. Next time we do something, I'm going for a movie (Black Panther) or other sitting, airconditioned activities. ETA: I just realized it sounds strange that he was getting dog treats. It was an event for dogs. Lol Our dog's too nervous to go, so DS brought his rollerskating dog on a leash

I really loved the character in Civil War. Just waiting for the crowds to thin out a bit.

There is some extremity sticking out of the top of my stomach so much so that it looks like I'm hiding a golfball or something under my skin and if I tap it, she wiggles it around.

But I'm also pretty sure she has 8 arms & legs, like an octopus, because the way she moves and rolls, there are way more than two arms and two legs in there.

I think he's mostly head down based on where I feel the most movement, but my cervix/bladder are getting heavily kicked at times still. I can also feel him transverse every so often, so I think he's making the most of all of the room he still has for his gymnastics.

budders, three weeks ago, she had her head at one hip, her butt at the other and her feet straight up. I'm assuming she hasn't rolled/changed position too much since then.

With V, he was uncooperative during the A/S so we had an extra ultrasound, and then there were concerns about my fluid levels and his growth, so I had several more ultrasounds between that and delivery. I haven't seen this baby in almost 10 weeks, and it feels weird (though obviously good, too, since there's no concerns to warrant any).

DH is home today so I’m grocery shopping alone for once. If only it wasn’t misting and gross out. But the next 2 days are supposed to be in the 70s so I will take it.

I'm at work, but so ready to go home. I hit 3pm and it's down hill every day.
Does anyone have diastasis recti? Anytime I lean forward I have a 3 inch spot above my belly button that sticks out and the sides go flat. It's definitely not the baby, she's low and moving a ton, and google says it might be my ab separation? I don't know, but it's freaky looking.

I made a fairly detailed to-do list before the baby comes. I like lists but this one is loooong. And will require me to actually do things during O's naps when I'm home. Boo.

The nesting is strong right now. Within the last month I’ve: Washed baseboards Washed curtains In process of painting baseboards - about halfway done Cleaned out kitchen cabinets, linen closet, medicine cabinet, downstairs closet, went through DS clothes and shoes and packed away his last season stuff. And of course normal routine stuff too. I’m just sitting here itching to do something but my back is killing me.
I need to wash all DS upcoming spring and summer clothes and get those put away. Hang DS art / decor in his room.
Wash baby clothes and put away. Wash baby linens. Order or make prints for baby nursery. Wash/sanitize baby bottles. Basically wash all the baby stuff. But I’m waiting til my sprinkle shower so i can wash anything else as well. Decorate nursery. Probably more that I can’t think of.

My BFF finally went through and made the list of everything that she's got for me, so she's going to be making the event for my baby shower today! Yay! She told me the other day that they're doing a tea party theme, which I'm super excited about lol

What are you guys off work for this week? Is it a winter break period?
I am so excited to see posts about organizing clothes etc for baby. It’s getting close! I can’t wait to join in.

My area has a school break this week. Schools in my area run early Sept-Late June. We always have a week-ish at Christmas, a week in February, and a week in April. One of my goals for this break is to pull out my newborn and 0-3 stuff and wash it and put it in the dresser. I might as well get V's 3T stuff out too, though he's been in 2T for almost a year and shows no signs of being ready to move up a size. I figure it'll happen once the baby comes, though, so might as well be prepared!

Family day here. Most provinces have implemented a day in February to be a stat holiday meant to spend time with family and break up the long period between Christmas and Easter.

My friends are likely coming for a long weekend at the end of March so I’m going to leave the sorting through and washing of clothes, washing bottles, etc, etc for them to help me with. They said they wanted to help so I will put them to work!

I have a to do/buy list that I’ve been slowly adding to as I think of things. I probably won’t get started on it until after my brother leaves from staying with us for a week in 3 weeks. Mostly because the major thing I have to do is get H & I moved out of the guest room & back into our room so he can have the guest room. Other stuff is like wash linens & clothes, sort through what we have leftover from A & what we need to restock. I’ll be 32 weeks & in complete denial that I’m 4-7 weeks away from being done at that point.

I kind of can’t believe I’ll be around 33 weeks when I go to this wedding in Tasmania at the end of March. It’s not that far away but it’s hitting me now that things are really progressing and it’s time to get organized! Moving house in 2 weeks from today should help get me in busy mode.

I don't feel like I have very much to do pre-baby, but maybe that's because we're not doing a nursery. Having clothes and furniture (rock and play and pack and play, which are a breeze to set up) ready to go, and eventually packing a hospital bag, is really it for me.
I do also plan to have our parents come over and help us do a big deep clean before baby comes too. We did that last time and it was so nice in the newborn haze (though it will likely be harder to maintain this time around with a toddler).

I'm not close enough really to feel the crunch yet. Although given my personality, I wonder if I will (I tend to be very laid back about the smaller things. When we were getting married our minister commented that I was one of the chillest brides he'd dealt with), but I am going to have my girlfriend over in the next few weeks to help me start to figure out how to organize everything. I just really wish my mom could come up to help too.

I didn’t nest at all with DS. But we also bought and moved into a house when i was 35 weeks pregnant with him so it wasn’t really nesting but more of a necessity.
