Day 42 complete...upper body today. Her kids interrupted quite a bit, but I was able to not get thrown off.

GDI you guys. I really fucked up my back. I looked at the lineup for upper body this morning and there is no way I can do the majority of the moves. Fuck.

I also did 43 today. Her kids were annoying me, but it felt like a good workout. I tried to push myself to 12.5 lbs for the flys and L-raises, but could only make 30-seconds before going back to 10s.
@nellybluth, sorry about your back. Take care of yourself. Pushing yourself now will only lead to being out longer. Maybe sub in some light stretching instead?

I did Day 43 this morning. I still need to do the last cardio (day 41, I think) but I try to do strength when the rest of my house is still asleep because I worry my jumping would wake them. I will double up tomorrow when I work from home to catch up.

I'm behind, but catching up. I did 41 and then 40 because I like to do cardio first. I'm really not feeling this cardio...I hope the next one is better.

I did 43 + abs today, after missing 10 days due to vacation and sickness. I'm still sick but decided to power through anyway and I do feel a bit less congested.
My NSV is that while on vacation at Disney I spent hours each day either wearing my 25lb baby or carrying my 40+lb toddler and felt so strong- like not phased at all by it. I was amazed! That would not have been the case several months ago.
Also I finally hit my dietbet goal weight. 2 weeks behind, but I'll take it!

I did 43 today after a weekend off - solo parenting, it turns out, is exhausting.
@nellybluth sorry about your back. Back pain is totally the pits. I hope you can rest and recover quickly.

Thanks guys. I'm feeling a lot better now than I did when I first got up this morning. I'm going to see how I feel tomorrow and decide then whether I will work out or not. It was those fucking plank leg lifts from the ab series. I have to be really careful about my back and hips when I do those and donkey kicks and I just jammed it all up yesterday.

I’m not enthused with this phase. I did 43 today and will do 44 tomorrow before work. (Unless it’s cardio, then I’ll do a lower from week 5) I may run Thursday instead of the cardio.
I dislike this cardio format. I just can’t get into it at all.

Finished day 44. I’m a bit disappointed that my scores weren’t much ether than last time I did this routine; I’m always so much more encouraged and motivated when I see those numbers go up since I’m not having much luck with the scale.

I finished day 4 of 21 day fix extreme yesterday. I am going to try to finish out the week and then switch to something else. I’m not really enjoying it, mostly because I don’t think I’m ready for it physically. I fumble my way through a lot of stuff because it is just too hard.
Good for all of you who are going up in weight!
So sorry about your back @nellybluth. I hope it’s better today. Back issues are the worst.

I doubled up and did upper and lower body today. My back is much better after a day of rest. I think my heavier weights are coming today. 😬😬😬

I did day 44 today. I am (still) really not digging this lower body workout. All the kicks she throws in there seem awkward and pointless.
Also added in some ab work and a short run.

I just did days 42 and 44 (I did 43 yesterday) and am now all caught up again. I manage to get behind more often than not on the weekends and have to double up at least once a week.

Haven’t done the fit test yet but weighed myself and did measurements. I’m up half a pound but my measurements have gone down a good amount so I’m happy with that!

I haven't worked out yet today but man, week 7 abs are no joke. My lower abs are SORE today! And while the moves weren't easy, I didn't find them extremely difficult or anything. But this is the sorest they've been.
